摘要： An oxygen sensor is disposed downstream from a catalyst for purifying exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine and which can suppress an influence of unburnt hydrocarbon on an output voltage. After forming a platinum thin film on the outer periphery of a zirconia ceramic body, only a detection electrode of the ceramic body is dipped in a silver nitrate aqueous solution of 0.1 mol/l, and the silver nitrate is pyrolyzed through a heat treatment. Subsequently, a platinum reference electrode is formed on the inner periphery of the ceramic body. To protect the silver-doped detection electrode, a protective layer is formed on the surface of the detection electrode. By the exposure to combustion gas and through aging, a detection element is formed, and set into a metal case together with a cylindrical heater, to complete an oxygen sensor to be disposed downstream from a CNG engine catalyst.

摘要： A data recording/reproducing apparatus comprises a data recording/reproducing component for recording data including audio and/or video data in and reproducing such data from a plurality of non-linearly accessible recording medium, a plurality of input/output processing sections for processing the input data and outputting them to the recording/reproducing component, while processing the data output from the recording/reproducing component and outputting them, a controller for controlling the input/output processing sections so as to make them carry out the processing operations in the allocated respective time slots and outputting time slot signals with a fixed cycle period to the respective input/output processing sections, the controller being so adapted that, when there is an idle input/output processing section out of the plurality of input/output processing sections, it outputs the time slot signals to be output to the idle input/output processing section to the remaining input/output processing section. With such an arrangement, more time slots are allocated to the busy input/output processing sections, which can therefore output an increased number of data sheets per unit time for a high speed data reproducing operation to improve the operability of the apparatus.

摘要： A conventional angular rate sensor has a problem that the displacement amplitude of a drive gimbal frame is limited due to the Pulled-in phenomenon where the drive gimbal frame is attached to drive electrodes, thereby decreasing its sensor sensitivity. In an angular rate sensor, a drive frame and a driven frame are separately provided. A bending oscillation of the drive frame is transmitted to the driven frame through link beams, causing the rotational oscillation of the driven frame. The displacement amplitude of a rotational oscillation of the driven frame is not limited to provide high sensor sensitivity.
