Abstract: A method, server, and media are provided for providing parallel multimedia conferences. A multimedia conference server enables a user to participate in several multimedia conferences simultaneously. The server receives a request to establish parallel multimedia conferences from a user. In turn, the server generates a data stream for the content of the each of the multimedia conferences associated with the user. The data stream may include transcriptions and notifications for the user. The multimedia conference server transmits the data stream and notifications to the user.

Abstract: A communication system facilitates a voice communication session for a wireless communication device. A Long Term Evolution (LTE) network exchanges Voice over LTE (VoLTE) communications with the wireless communication device for the voice communication session and determines LTE packet loss metrics for the voice communication session. The LTE network transfers the voice communication session to a Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) network. The WIFI network exchanges Voice over WIFI (VoWIFI) communications with the wireless communication device for the voice communication session and determines WIFI packet loss metrics for the voice communication session. A network controller compares the LTE packet loss metrics with the WIFI packet loss metrics to determine a packet loss configuration for the WIFI network. The network controller transfers a packet loss instruction to the WIFI network. The WIFI network receives the packet loss instruction and responsively implements the packet loss configuration on the voice communication session.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software described herein provide enhancements for data communications between a wireless access node and a wireless network gateway. In one implementation, a method of operating a wireless network includes, in the wireless access node, wirelessly receiving data packets for wireless communication devices, and encapsulating the data packets in GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) packets of a shared GTP tunnel for the plurality of wireless communication devices, wherein the GTP packets comprise GTP extension headers to multiplex the data packets in the GTP packets. The method further provides, in the wireless access node, transferring the GTP packets for delivery to a wireless network gateway, wherein the network gateway separates the data packets from the GTP packets based on the GTP extension headers.

Abstract: A wireless communication system to optimize device performance across wireless communication networks. A wireless communication device communicates over a first wireless communication network. The first wireless communication network determines first performance metrics. A control processing system compares the first performance metrics with the second performance metrics to determine configuration instructions for the second wireless communication network, and transfers the configuration instructions to the second wireless communication network. The second wireless communication network modifies a network configuration based on the configuration instructions and determines third performance metrics. The control processing system compares the first performance metrics with the third performance metrics to determine a user notice related to session quality on the second wireless communication network. The control processing system transfers the user notice to the wireless communication device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for modifying spacing in between a plurality of antenna dipole columns on an antenna associated with a wireless communications network. A first signaling technology currently employed by a base station is determined, where the first signaling technology requires each of the antenna dipole columns to be separated from one another by a first distance. It is then determined that a second signaling technology is to be employed by the base station, the second signaling technology requiring each of the antenna dipole columns to be separated from one another by a second distance. A signaling message is communicated to a movement mechanism, causing at least one of the antenna dipole columns to move so that the columns are spaced at the second distance from one another.

The donor base station determines a donor base station utilization amount and processes the donor base station utilization amount to determine a modified R2UE CA threshold. The donor base station wirelessly transfers an instruction to the wireless relay indicating the modified R2UE CA threshold. The wireless relay wirelessly receives the modified R2UE CA threshold and exchanges additional user data with the UE using CA based on the modified R2UE CA threshold.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software for handling traffic congestion messages in wireless communication systems are provided herein. In one example, method of operating a wireless communication system is provided.
