    摘要: A bearing apparatus for a driving wheel of a vehicle has a wheel hub (1), a constant velocity universal joint (3) and a double row rolling bearing (2) assembled as a unit. The wheel hub (1) and the outer joint member (14) of the constant velocity universal joint (3) are fitted to each other. At least one of the inner raceway surface (1a) of the double row rolling bearing (2) is formed on the wheel hub. A hardened irregular portion (5) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the wheel hub (1). The wheel hub 1 and the outer joint member (14) are integrally connected via plastic deformation of a fitting portion (17b) of the outer joint member. The hardened irregular portion (5) bites into the surface of the fitting (17b). A connected portion of the wheel hub and outer joint member has a plastic deformed connection mechanism having an axial pull-out proof force more than 160 kN.

    摘要: An outer joint member for a constant velocity joint is fitted to the inner periphery of a wheel hub, and the stem portion of the outer joint member that is located inside is plastically deformed in the radially outward direction in order to couple the wheel hub and the outer joint member. The ratio of the inner diameter ΦdA before plastic deformation in the plastic deformation portion of the outer joint member and the inner diameter ΦdB after the plastic deformation (Δ=ΦdB/ΦdA) is set in the range from 1.05 to 1.15 (1.05≦Δ≦1.15). In this way, high workability and joining strength can be achieved at a time in the swaging process in the radially outward direction.

    摘要: An X-ray radiographic apparatus comprises an X-ray tube having an X-ray focal point for radiating X-ray beams toward an object being examined, an X-ray beam limiting device incorporating a limiting member making an aperture for limiting the X-ray beams passing therethrough, the aperture being adjustable in size, and an element for obtaining a surface image of the object through the aperture. The obtained surface image is utilized in various aspects. One aspect is control of the size of the aperture by comprising an element for forming a frame image representing the aperture in accordance with a given size information, an element for displaying the surface image on which the frame image is superposed, a specifying element for being able to specify by hand a size of the frame image by giving the size information to the frame image forming element, and an element for driving the limiting member so that the size of the aperture is brought into a size specified by the aperture displayed on the surface image displaying element. Another aspect concerns positioning using a reference image and automatic exposure control.
