    摘要: A hub assembly is provided for a human powered vehicle. The hub assembly basically includes a hub axle, a hub body, a sprocket support body and an electrical power storage device. The hub body is rotatably disposed around a center axis of the hub axle. The sprocket support body is configured to support a plurality of sprockets. The sprocket support body is configured to rotate around the center axis to transmit a driving force to the hub body while rotating in a driving rotational direction around the center axis. The electrical power storage device is disposed radially outward of an outer surface of the hub axle. The electrical power storage device is disposed axially inward of the sprocket attachment structure. The electrical power storage device is disposed axially inward of the first axial end of the hub axle and the second axial end of the hub axle.

    摘要: The present disclosure includes a vehicle drive assembly including a wheel bearing and a half shaft. The wheel bearing defines a receptacle including internal splines. A bearing face of the wheel bearing defines an opening to the receptacle. The half shaft includes a joint housing and a stem extending from the joint housing. The stem is configured to be seated within the receptacle of the wheel bearing. The stem includes a splined portion, a shoulder, and a stop surface. The splined portion includes a plurality of external splines configured to mesh with the internal splines. The shoulder is between the splined portion and the joint housing. The shoulder has a maximum outer diameter that is greater than a minor diameter of the internal splines of the wheel bearing. A stop surface is between the splined portion and the shoulder, the stop surface configured to contact ends of the internal splines of the wheel bearing to stop the joint housing from moving into contact with the bearing face.

    摘要: A driveline disconnect assembly disconnects a wheel hub from a drive shaft supported by a grounding component, such as a suspension knuckle. The driveline disconnect assembly includes a support frame that is fixedly secured to the grounding component. The support frame extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft and extends between first and second support frame sides. The support frame defines a central axis. A linear actuator is fixedly secured to the support frame and extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft. The linear actuator includes a shift sleeve moving axially relative to the support frame. The shift sleeve extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft to selectively engage and disengage the wheel hub to connect and disconnect the wheel hub from the drive shaft, respectively.

The plurality of external-spline driving surfaces includes at least four first external-spline driving surfaces and at least one second external-spline driving surface. The at least four first external-spline driving surfaces are respectively arranged on at least four of nine first external-spline driving positions equally arranged in the circumferential direction about a rotational center axis at a first external-spline pitch angle which is equal to 40 degrees.
