The ID of a staff who is opening a storage cabinet (12) is identified and authenticated by a management device (22). When the authentication is successful, a shelf (28) of the storage cabinet (12) is unlocked. An RFID reader (34) is arranged on the storage cabinet (12) so as to read an RF ID of an article in the shelf (28) when the shelf (28) is opened and closed and identify an article placed or removed according to the difference between the ID lists when the shelf is opened and closed. When a medical staff takes a medical product or medical instrument out of the storage cabinet, it is possible to automatically record who took out which medical product. Moreover, it is possible to prevent taking out of a medical product by an unauthorized person.

    摘要: A managing system manages not only an endoscope washer-disinfector performing cleaning and disinfection with an insertion tube of an endoscope but also an endoscope apparatus performing an endoscopic examination using the endoscope. The system comprises an acquiring unit and a manger. The acquiring unit acquires information indicative of a finish time of the endoscopic examination which is the newest and performed by the endoscope apparatus. The manager manages states of the cleaning and disinfection performed by the endoscope washer-disinfector depending on the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination acquired by the acquiring unit. Every time when an endoscopic examination is finished, the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination is updated. For example, a length of an elapsing time from the finish of each endoscopic examination is reflected in how the cleaning and disinfection is performed.

    摘要: An endoscope washer-disinfector cleans and disinfects an endoscope with a duct. A brush cassette is detachably loaded to a loading part of the washer-disinfector and comprises a brush element and a shaft holding the brush element. Inside the cassette, first and second members are formed to hold the shaft tight therebetween for making the shaft advance and retreat to and from the duct. A lock device separates the second member from the first member so that the second member is located at a first position. The lock device locks the separated second member, when the brush is not loaded on the loading part. When the cassette is loaded to the loading part, the lock device also unlocks the locked second member responsively to an operating force and allows the second member to be moved to a second position where the first and second members hold tight the shaft.

    摘要: A lighting-drive device includes: a lighting-drive circuit configured to drive a lamp for lighting of the lamp; an activation circuit configured to produce an activation voltage to be applied to the lamp in order to start lighting of the lamp; and an activation operation detector configured to be provided with a sensing member for sensing an induced voltage and output an operation state notification signal depending on a state of the induced voltage. The activation current flows in response to the activation voltage produced by the activation circuit.     摘要: A negative pressure type booster device possesses a valve mechanism constructed to compensate for insufficient depressing force applied to a brake pedal upon emergency braking. Upon depression of the brake pedal, first negative pressure valves contact first negative pressure valve seats to block a variable pressure chamber from communication with a constant pressure chamber, and an atmosphere valve seat is separated from an atmosphere valve to communicate the variable pressure chamber with atmosphere. A partition member thus moves forwards depending on the pressure difference between the chambers to output a propelling force from an output rod. When the brake pedal is stepped on quickly, a valve member is urged backwards by a spring member causing second negative pressure valve seats to contact second negative pressure valves and move the valve member backwards. The atmosphere valve separates from the atmosphere valve seat, and the variable pressure chamber quickly communicates with atmosphere.
