A water circulating pump (13) and a heat exchanging path (14) are disposed on the circulating path (12). A boiling operation is performed for heating the heat exchanging path (14) by a heat pump type heating source, boiling water which has not been heated yet from the water intake port (10) and returning the heated water to the hot water inlet (11). A bypassing path (17) branched from the hot water inlet (11) and connected to the bottom of the hot water reservoir tank (3) is disposed on the circulating path (12). A freeze-proof operation by circulation is performed such that the water circulating pump (13) is driven and the water reserved in the hot water reservoir tank (3) is returned to the hot water reservoir tank (3) via the bypassing path (17).

By isolating plural electric conductive parts of the electric conductive layer covering the electric power line, each part connected to the abnormality detection circuit of the individual control module, and by detecting the electric potential change in the individual electric conductive part, the position of the abnormality can be identified by the position of the isolated electric conductive part where the short circuit abnormality is detected.

    摘要: A high-frequency motor comprises a squirrel-cage rotor. The rotor comprises an iron core having a plurality of circular slots, a plurality of conductive rods inserted into the slots, and short-circuit rings disposed at both ends of the conductive rods. The conductive rods are made of copper. A ratio of a product of the number N2 of the conductive rods and a diameter d2 of each conductive rod to an outer diameter D of the rotor is in an optimized range of 1.1 to 1.5, namely, 1.1.ltoreq.N2.multidot.d2/D.ltoreq.1.5. With this optimization, it becomes possible to achieve a maximum rotational speed of more than 120,000 min.sup.-1 and obtain an excellent motor efficiency.
