Abstract:
An image displaying system has a projector, an MFP and a client terminal device that are connected to one another via a LAN. In a setting screen of a printer driver installed in the client terminal device, a print job or a projection job is selected, and an image file for execution of the selected job is specified, and job data having header information and image data of the specified image file is generated and transmitted to the MFP. When the received job is an image displaying job, the MFP transmits image data pertaining to the image displaying job to the projector for displaying an image. Accordingly, convenience of the MFP having the projector connected thereto is enhanced.
Abstract:
An engine provided in a lower portion of a motorcycle is arranged such that an axis of its cylinder extends in a front-and-rear direction of the motorcycle. Furthermore, the engine is arranged such that an intake port and an exhaust port in the engine line up in a right-and-left direction of the motorcycle. An intake system and an exhaust system in the engine are respectively curved toward one side and the other side in the right-and-left direction around the axis of the cylinder.
Abstract:
There is provided an image forming device that executes a job, being prescribed processing regarding image data, with execution of the job of this image data restricted by a password set in the image data. The image forming device includes: a password input unit that inputs the password necessary for releasing a restriction of executing the job; a password receiving unit that receives input password information, being information regarding the inputted password; a job execution instruction receiving unit that receives a job execution instruction after the password receiving unit receives the input password information; and a password verification unit that receives the job execution instruction and verifies the inputted password with a password set in the image data, wherein the job is executed by using the job image data based on a verification result of the password verification unit.
Abstract:
A recording medium includes a substrate, a recording layer provided with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy for recording of information, a foundation layer disposed between the substrate and the recording layer, an initial layer which is greater in surface tension than the foundation layer and held in contact with a recoding-layer-side surface of the foundation layer, and a functional layer held in contact with a recoding-layer-side surface of the initial layer.
Abstract:
In order to process data by a plurality of processing methods defined for each of a plurality of users with a simple operation, MFP includes a HDD having a group BOX for storing data, related with at least two users, and creates a group table which associates at least two data processing methods respectively corresponding to at least two users with the group BOX. When data is stored into the group BOX, the stored data is processed according to each of at least two data processing methods associated with the group BOX.
Abstract:
A cam sprocket 211 is driven to rotate by the drive force transmitted from a crankshaft 130 to by turn drive an eccentric plate 250 around an axis running in parallel with the axis of rotation of the cam sprocket 211. The eccentric plate 250 is movable from a position concentric with the cam sprocket 211 to an eccentric position. As it is driven to rotate at the eccentric position, it drives an intake cam block 240 by way of a variable camshaft 230 with a rotary phase difference that changes periodically relative to the cam sprocket 211. The intake cam block 240 drives an intake valve. The phase angle of the eccentric plate 250 at the connection section with the cam sprocket 211 and at the connection section with the movable camshaft 230 is s defined to be between 80° and 160° or between 200° and 290° when the direction in which the eccentric plate 250 rotates is assumed to be the forward direction.
Abstract:
A document management apparatus 101 that manages saving of an original electronic document and an additional electronic document to which additional information is added to the original electronic document includes an original registration unit 10131 that acquires the additional electronic document inputted by a user, and a saving format determination unit 10133 that determines a saving format of the additional electronic document based on at least one of an attribute of the user and an attribute of the additional electronic document, and saves the additional electronic document in the determined saving format.
Abstract:
It is determined in S202 whether or not a mismatch between the paper information for the job A and the paper information existing in the printer (the printer 1A, for example) has occurred, and if there is a mismatch between the two types of paper information, it is determined in S205 whether or not another job B exists in the queue. Where another job B exists in the queue, it is determined in S206 whether or not the job B is a job that uses the multi-purpose cassette 19. If the job B is a job that uses the multi-purpose cassette 19, it is determined in S208 whether or not paper that matches the paper information for the job B exists in the fixed-size paper supply cassette 18. If paper that matches the paper information for the job B exists in the fixed-size paper supply cassette 18 (the determination in S208 is YES), the fixed-size paper supply cassette 18 is selected in S212, printing is performed for one sheet in S213, and the use of the multi-purpose cassette 19 is prohibited and notification of such prohibition is issued in S214.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus includes a compression/expansion device capable of compressing and expanding image data in a form of JBIG format, a nonvolatile memory which stores the image data compressed in the form of the JBIG format by the compression/expansion device, a deleting portion which makes image data-to-be-deleted stored in the memory un-restorable by deleting only head data of each plane having restoration information of the data-to-be-deleted.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a magnetic backlayer, and provides a magnetic backlayer giving a small spike noise spk and a small media noise Nm and exhibiting a large saturation magnetization Ms to have a good soft magnetic property. The magnetic backlayer is formed on a substrate; has a structure in that soft magnetic layers comprising iron and carbon as main components and nonmagnetic layers are alternately laminated; and has easy axes of magnetization in the in-plane direction of the film and the radius direction of the substrate.
