Abstract: Provided are an apparatus for producing inorganic powder, and a method of producing inorganic powder by using such. The apparatus includes a vaporization part where a condensed-phase precursor is vaporized to obtain a gas-phase precursor, a partial precipitation part where the gas-phase precursor obtained in the vaporization part is partially precipitated to a condensed phase, and a reaction part where the gas-phase precursor remaining after being partially precipitated to a condensed phase in the partial precipitation part reacts with a reaction gas to obtain inorganic powder. An equilibrium vapor pressure of the gas-phase precursor in the partial precipitation part is lower than a vapor pressure of the gas-phase precursor obtained in the vaporization part, and an equilibrium vapor pressure of the precursor in the reaction part is equal to or higher than a vapor pressure of the gas-phase precursor partially precipitated to a condensed phase in the partial precipitation part.

Abstract: As a tin-silver plating solution that contains a source of tin ions; a source of silver ions (Ag+); and an organic additive including a silver (Ag) complexing agent, a tin carrier, and a crystal grain refiner is provided, in the case of performing high-speed plating using the plating solution, the generation of whiskers is diminished, the composition of silver ions (Ag+) in the tin-silver plating solution is uniformly maintained, and thus a uniform silver composition in the formed tin-silver solder bumps can be achieved.

In forming the hole-selective contact layer, a sandwich-structured multilayer film is formed by depositing a copper iodide thin film on a top surface and a bottom surface of an iodine thin film, and a single-film copper iodide thin film is formed by low-temperature annealing the sandwich-structured multilayer film.

Abstract: A pellet manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a reactor part for producing and discharging either gas hydrate slurry or ice slurry; a pellet forming part which is provided at one side of the outer portion of the reactor part, and which compresses the slurry discharged from the reactor part, so as to form the same into a pellet shape; and a control part for controlling the operation of the reactor part and the pellet forming part, wherein the control part controls the operation of a heating module so that the internal temperature of a first pipe is adjusted to be within a predetermined temperature range when the pellets are formed.
