Abstract: A gutter system for a vehicle storage compartment includes a bed floor for supporting cargo in a vehicle and a storage compartment having an opening defined in the bed floor. A gutter at least partially surrounds the opening. The gutter includes a main gutter channel disposed adjacent and along an inward side of the opening and lateral gutter channels disposed adjacent and along lateral sides of the opening. At least one discharge channel fluidly connects to the main gutter channel and extends laterally outwardly therefrom to facilitate drainage from the main gutter channel.

Abstract: An apparatus for conducting heat from a computer component to a heat sink. The invention may include a thermal interface material (TIM). The invention may further include a seal or gasket that at least partially encloses the TIM. The gasket may facilitate retaining the TIM within its sidewall, and thus in place on or near a computer component. Generally, the gasket may be placed between the computer component (or a silicon board or other material upon which the computer component is located) and a heat sink. An insert may be placed within the gasket and define an aperture. The chip seats in the aperture and thus is spatially located with respect to the insert. The TIM abuts both the computer component and a heat sink. A desiccant may be located within the gasket and absorb any moisture diffusing or migrating through the gasket.

Abstract: A ramp forms from three telescoping sections stored in a box secured to a tailgate of a pickup truck. The sections have an inverted U shape with the branches of the U extending downwards from the cargo bed. The sections extend telescopically with the upper section having the largest width and the lower section being the narrowest width. Each section has a stop the prevents detachment from the preceding section. In use, an all terrain vehicle climbs a pair of the ramps from the ground to the cargo bed, upon the sections, and over a storage box connected to each ramp. In the collapsed ramp, the sections are stored nested in a box clamped upon a tailgate. The ramps are approximately six feet long and collapse into a box approximately three feet high.

Abstract: A semiconductor module structure and a method of forming the semiconductor module structure are disclosed. The structure incorporates a die mounted on a substrate and covered by a lid. A thermal compound is disposed within a thermal gap between the die and the lid. A barrier around the periphery of the die extends between the lid and the substrate, contains the thermal compound, and flexes in response to expansion and contraction of both the substrate and the lid during cycling of the semiconductor module. More particularly, either the barrier is formed of a flexible material or has a flexible connection to the substrate and/or to the lid. The barrier effectively contains the thermal compound between the die and the lid and, thereby, provides acceptable and controlled coverage of the thermal compound over the die for heat removal.
