Abstract: A method, a data processing apparatus, and a positioning apparatus for generating a fingerprint map for an unexplored area are proposed. The method includes receiving, by a data processing apparatus, locations of reference points and locations of a plurality of access points (APs) for a service area, extracting, by the data processing apparatus, feature vectors for each AP on a basis of the locations of the reference points and the locations of the APs, generating, by the data processing apparatus, a fingerprint map for each of the APs by inputting, as conditions, the feature vectors extracted for each corresponding AP into a previously trained generative model for each of the APs and inputting random noise, and generating, by the data processing apparatus, a final fingerprint map for the service area by combining the fingerprint maps generated for the APs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a nucleic acid construct that can express and inhibit a gene simultaneously. The nucleic acid construct that can express and inhibit a gene simultaneously, according to the present invention, comprises both mRNA and siRNA in a single construct, and thus, mRNA and siRNA are introduced simultaneously into the same cell. Accordingly, a protein to be expressed may be expressed normally while expression of a particular gene may be specifically inhibited. The mRNA-siRNA nucleic acid construct activates an immune system by expressing a target protein in an antigen-presenting cell, and at the same time, overcomes interference of immune escape by blocking the activity of an immune checkpoint protein, and thus is expected to be remarkably useful in the fields of immunotherapy, especially in the field of cancer immunotherapy.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an extracellular vesicle including a coronavirus-derived antigen protein or a gene encoding the protein, and a use of the extracellular vesicle. According to the present invention, when mice are immunized by administering an activated immune cell-derived extracellular vesicle loaded with an antigen protein or mRNA, excellent antigen-specific neutralizing antibody production and T cell response induction effects are confirmed. When the extracellular vesicle is stored under room-temperature and refrigerated conditions after freeze-drying, high stability and an excellent antibody production effect are experimentally confirmed. From these results, the extracellular vesicle according to the present invention or a vaccine composition including the same may serve as a platform applicable to various diseases with an excellent antigen-specific immune response induction effect and excellent stability, and thus is expected to be effectively used for the development of vaccines for preventing or treating various diseases including infectious diseases, particularly coronavirus infections.
