Abstract:
The present invention relates to a probe and a device for detecting abnormality of an intervertebral disc. More particularly, the present invention relates to a probe and a device for detecting abnormality of an intervertebral disc that gives vibration stimulation to the inner part of the intervertebral disc and obtains an ultrasonic image in order to sense the abnormality of the intervertebral disc causing discogenic pains and inspects whether the intervertebral disc is abnormal by measuring impedance in the intervertebral disc. The present invention provides a probe for detecting abnormality of an intervertebral disc including: a shaft connector; a vibration generator connected to the shaft connector; and an inspector connected to the vibration generator, wherein the vibration generator vibrates the inspector by using a piezoelectric element and a device for detecting abnormality of an intervertebral disc.

Abstract:
Provided is a method for fabricating semiconductor package and a semiconductor package fabricated using the same. The method for fabricating semiconductor package dopes a mixture including the polymer material and the solder particle on the substrate in which the terminal is formed and applies heat, and thus the solder particle flows (or diffuses) toward the terminal in the heated polymer resin to adhere to the exposed surface of the terminal, i.e., the side surface and upper surface of the terminal, thereby forming the solder layer. The solder layer improves the adhesive strength between the terminal of the semiconductor chip and the terminal of the substrate in the subsequent flip chip bonding process.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a sealing structure of a sealing portion for maintaining the airtightness of a coolant passage in two stacked separators of a fuel cell, wherein a groove in which an adhesive is to be filled is formed on a surface of one of two separators, and dam portions are formed on both sides of the groove to prevent the adhesive applied in the groove from overflowing into a connection passage and a coolant passage. Accordingly, the adhesive overflowing from the groove when the two separators are bonded to each other by applying a pressure is collected in the dam portions to form three sealing lines, thus improving the airtightness of the sealing portion. Moreover, it is possible to solve the problem that the performance of the fuel cell stack is deteriorated when an antifreeze/coolant leaks from the coolant passage to an MEA, in which the fuel cell reaction takes place, or the leaking coolant contaminates a catalyst of the MEA.
Abstract:
An audio signal control method and apparatus for hearing protection are disclosed. The audio signal control method includes: producing an output level of an audio signal being input; determining whether the ratio of an output time of the audio signal within a preset time duration to a permissible time corresponding to the produced output level is greater than or equal to a limit reference value; and limiting, when the ratio of the output time to the permissible time is greater than or equal to the limit reference value, the output level of the audio signal to a preset level.
Abstract:
Provided is an HPA apparatus for a TDD wireless communication system. In the HPA apparatus, a power amplifier amplifies the power of an input signal. A gate bias controller turns on/off a gate bias of the power amplifier in accordance with a TDD control signal. A constellation error optimizer circuit removes a current fluctuation and a power noise, which occur when the gate bias controller turns on/off the power amplifier in a TX mode, to stabilize a drain bias thereof.
