摘要: A wireless device receives a control command for transmission of a random access preamble on a first cell. The wireless device transmits the random access preamble in parallel with a first control packet, a second packet and/or a third packet. The wireless device determines a transmission power for the random access preamble. If a total calculated transmission power exceeds a predefined value, the wireless device reducing or scaling linear transmission power of one or more of the at least one parallel uplink transmission considering a higher priority for the transmission power of the random access preamble.

摘要: A wireless device receives message(s) configuring transmissions of sounding reference signals on a secondary cell in a secondary cell group. The wireless device receives an activation command to activate the secondary cell. The wireless device transmits the sounding reference signals if the secondary cell is activated, a timing advance command is applied to the secondary cell group, and a time alignment timer for the secondary cell group is running. The wireless device is configured to not transmit the sounding reference signals on the secondary cell during the period between receiving the activation command and applying the timing advance command.

摘要: A wireless device configures a deactivation timer for a secondary cell in a secondary cell group. The wireless device may receive a control command initiating a random access process for the secondary cell. The wireless device may transmit a random access preamble on random access resources of the secondary cell in response to receiving the control command. The wireless device may abort the random access process on the secondary cell if the secondary cell is deactivated before the wireless device receives, on the primary cell, a random access response for the random access preamble transmission.

摘要: A wireless network site comprises a base station and a cell site gateway. The cell site gateway comprises a first interface connected to the base station, a second interface connected to a packet network gateway, a label forwarding layer, and a third interface connected to a signaling peer to exchange control plane information to program the forwarding layer. The label forwarding layer transmits and receive packets. The control plane information comprises at least one first label value for transmitting a first plurality of packets to the base station and at least one second label value for transmitting a second plurality of packets to the packet network gateway.

The message comprises downlink beamforming information indicating a beamforming codeword of a codebook employed for downlink resource block(s). The first base station selects, for a subset of the downlink resource blocks, beamforming codewords from a codebook based, at least in part, on the downlink beamforming information. The first base station transmits signals on a subset of the downlink resource blocks employing beamforming codewords.
