    Abstract: A sliding golf cart windshield assembly includes a first elongated rail, a second elongated rail spaced apart from the first elongated rail, and an upper windshield pane having a first longitudinal edge and an opposing second longitudinal edge. The upper windshield pane is slidably positioned between the first and second elongated rails. The assembly also includes a lower drive pulley, an upper drive pulley, and a drive belt stretched between the lower drive pulley and the upper drive pulley. In addition, the assembly includes a drive panel slidingly engaged with the second rail and secured to the upper window pane and the drive belt, and a motor coupled to the lower drive pulley and configured to rotate the lower drive pulley to raise and lower the upper windshield pane.

    Abstract: A vehicle roof system comprises a stationary part configured to be attached to a fixed roof and guide rails extending in longitudinal direction substantially parallel to opposite sides of a roof opening. A semi-transparent panel closes the roof opening and has a drain channel for draining water seeping past at least one edge of the panel. A rollo assembly includes a rollo cloth having a first edge connected to a winding shaft, and a second opposite edge to which a beam is connected and opposite lateral edges guided in the guide rails. The cloth is wound onto the winding shaft and wound off to uncover or cover the panel at least partly from below. At least a part of the channel extends transversely within the path of the cloth and comprises a first sliding surface in contact with the cloth to guide it when it is wound up or off.

    Abstract: A counterbalance system for balancing an overhead door installed against a structure of a vehicle or a house, the door having at least one door panel, the system has a longitude pipe with non-circular section cut; a pair of U-brackets having two side walls with one center hole on each side; a pair of torsion spring assemblies received within the pipe, and the inboard end of the assembly being slidingly engaged within the pipe; a pair of connecting shaft, with inboard side connected with the outboard end of each of the spring assemblies; the shaft passing through the center holes of the U-bracket; the outboard end of each shaft being fixed with the side wall on the outboard end of each of the U-brackets; a pair of drums each having a center hole received by the shaft, and each of the drums located between two side walls of the U-bracket.
