Abstract:
The present invention relates to a processing method of data stream using Border Monitoring Query, and more particularly a monitoring method and a system for data streams which are a large volume of data and continuously generated such as financial ticker, GPS data or a ubiquitous sensor network (USN).The objectives of the present invention are to process a large number of BMQs over data streams in high-performance and scalable manner. For this purpose, the invention presents BMQ-Index, a scalable and high performance data stream monitoring framework. The main idea of BMQ-Index is shared and incremental processing. For shared processing, BMQ-Index adopts a query indexing approach, thereby achieving a high level of scalability. Once BMQ-Index is built on registered queries, only relevant queries are quickly searched for upon an incoming data. For incremental processing, BMQ-Index employs an incremental access method, i.e., an index structure to store delta query information and an incremental search algorithm. Thus, successive BMQ evaluations are greatly accelerated.

A precipitation-hardened stainless maraging steel which exhibits a combination of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance comprises by weight about: 8 to 15% chromium (Cr), 2 to 15% cobalt (Co), 7 to 14% nickel (Ni), and up to about 0.7% aluminum (Al), less than about 0.4% copper (Cu), 0.5 to 2.6% molybdenum (Mo), 0.4 to less than about 0.75% titanium (Ti), up to about 0.5% tungsten (W), and up to about 120 wppm carbon (C), the balance essentially iron (Fe) and incidental elements and impurities, characterized in that the alloy has predominantly lath martensite microstructure essentially without topologically close packed intermetallic phases and strengthened primarily by a dispersion of intermetallic particles primarily of the eta-Ni3Ti phase and wherein the titanium and carbon (Ti) and (C) levels are controlled such that C can be dissolved during a homogenization step and subsequently precipitated during forging to provide a grain-pinnning dispersion.
Abstract:
A post bump formed over an electrode pad of a substrate for electrically connecting to an external device, the post bump including a metal post formed over the electrode pad; and a solder formed over the metal post and shaped as a dome, the dome occupying a space defined by imaginary lines extending from a perimeter of the metal post along an axial direction of the metal post.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of forming an overcoat layer, containing a hydrophobic functional group and a hydrophilic functional group, that omits a post-treatment process after the overcoat layer is formed. The invention also relates to a method of producing a color filter substrate, as well as a color filter substrate and a liquid crystal display produced using the same. The method of forming an overcoat layer includes adding an initiator to polymerizable surfactant monomers, coating the polymerizable surfactant monomers, polymerizing the coated polymerizable surfactant monomers, and forming the overcoat layer through a polymerization reaction of the polymerizable surfactant monomers.
Abstract:
A function execution method and apparatus thereof for displaying one or more sub-functions included in a function selected by a first touch on a trace according to a second touch input based upon the first and the second touches inputted with a timing difference, and executing the relevant sub-function selected among the displayed one or more sub-functions. For this purpose, a function execution method according to the present invention is performed by comprising: detecting a first touch input touched on a display unit; detecting a drag created by a second touch inputted while maintaining the first touch; and displaying one or more sub-functions included in a function selected by the first touch along a trace of the detected drag on the display unit.

A system for customized prediction of a menstruation period or a fertility period is provided. The system includes a vital information measurer for measuring vital information about a user, a basic menstruation information generator for calculating the first day of menstruation or an ovulation day using the vital information received from the vital information measurer and outputting the first day of menstruation or the ovulation day as basic menstruation information, a menstruation cycle modeler having a menstruation cycle model representing a menstruation cycle as a function with a predetermined period, and a model parameter estimator for estimating and compensating a menstruation cycle parameter of the menstruation cycle model using the basic menstruation information received from the basic menstruation information generator.
Abstract:
A method of distributing an encoding/decoding program and a symmetric key in a security domain environment, and a device divider and data injector therefor are provided. The method includes selecting, at a highest-level security domain, an encoding/decoding program and a symmetric key to be distributed to a plurality of lower-level security domains; dividing the selected encoding/decoding program and the symmetric key into pieces as many as the number of lower-level security domains; and distributing the divided encoding/decoding program pieces and the symmetric key pieces to devices belonging to the lower-level security domains.
Abstract:
A method for generating driver assistance information of a traveling vehicle. The method can restructure traveling environments into an image based on a sensor system capable of removing blind spots around a traveling vehicle, and a scheme capable of exactly detecting a lane and a vehicle, and give a collision warning when there is a possibility of collision. Further, the method integrates recognition results of front/rear vehicles based on a lane recognition method applicable to various road environments, including the shape, curvature and loss of a lane, improves the stability of lane recognition, and distinguishes a solid line from a dot line, so it is possible to provide a driver with the subdivided degrees of danger. In addition, when a vehicle deviates from a lane, a voice warning may be output and the position of the vehicle for a road is restructured as an image.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an environmentally benign and simplified method for preparing aromatic dicarboxylic acid. In the disclosed method, a mixed solvent composed of aromatic mono-carboxylic acid and water, instead of conventionally used low molecular weight carboxylic acid such as acetic acid, is used as a reaction solvent for an oxidation process; manganese and a small amount of transition metal element are used as catalysts; and carbon dioxide is used as a reaction stabilizer. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the yield and selectivity of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid.
