    摘要: The room-temperature curable silicone rubber composition is formulated, in addition to the conventional ingredients of a hydroxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane and an organosilicon compound having at least two hydrolyzable groups in a molecule, a substantial amount of an alkali metal salt of a weak acid having an acid dissociation constant as expressed by pK.sub.a in the range from 2.0 to 12.0 at 25.degree. C. such as acrylic, methacrylic, benzoic and acetic acids. By virtue of this unique ingredient compounded therein, the composition of the invention can give a vulcanized rubber having outstandingly high resistance against oils used in automobiles even at elevated temperatures.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device comprises forming a mask of a predetermined pattern on a first conductive layer (3) deposited over a semiconductor substrate (1) and etching physically first conductive layer so that the side surfaces thereof are substantially perpendicular to a surface of the semiconductor substrate. After removing the mask on the pattern, a first insulating layer (7) is deposited over the whole upper surface of the semiconductor substrate including the first conductive layer. A physical etching is made over the first insulating layer until the surface of the semiconductor substrate is exposed, so that a portion (7a) of the first insulating layer (7) is left in a stepped portion of the side surfaces of the first conductive layer. Then, a second insulating layer (5) is formed over a whole upper surface of the semiconductor substrate including the portion (7a) of the insulating layer and the first conductive layer. Subsequently, a second conductive layer (6) is formed over the whole upper surface thereof.

The movable scroll member is adapted to make an orbital motion in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft whereby a compression chamber to decrease the volume of the compression chamber with the orbital motion of the movable scroll member is formed between the fixed scroll member and the movable scroll member. The rib is provided on the second side so as to extend behind the inner end of the fixed scroll wall.

    摘要: A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a cam, a cylinder block, pistons, a thrust bearing, a rotary valve, and an oil passage. The rotary shaft has an in-shaft passage formed therein. The in-shaft passage has an outlet open to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. The cam rotates integrally with the rotary shaft. The pistons are coupled to the rotary shaft through the cam. The thrust bearing is provided between the cam and the cylinder block. The thrust bearing includes a first race in contact with the cam, a second race in contact with the cylinder block, and rolling elements retained between the first and second races to form a gap therebetween. The oil passage is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft so as to extend from the gap to the outlet of the in-shaft passage.
