    摘要: A MOS capacitor has a p-type silicon substrate, an n-type impurity diffusion area formed by implanting an impurity into a region of the silicon substrate, a silicon oxide layer formed on the diffusion area, and a polysilicon electrode formed on the silicon oxide layer. An impurity profile is formed in the region such that the concentration of the impurity increases from a surface common to the diffusion area and the silicon oxide layer towards the inside of the silicon substrate. The concentration of the impurity at the interface is less than or equal to 1.times.10.sup.20 cm.sup.-3, and a peak concentration lies at a depth of more than 0.05 .mu.m under the interface. This controls accelerated oxidization during the thermal oxidization and also controls the dependence of the capacitance on the voltage.

    摘要: A wire clamping device which is used to clamp bonding wire in the wire bonding of electronic components comprising: a fixed arm; a movable arm that is positioned so that the end of the fixed arm faces the and of the movable arm with a suitable gap, the movable arm being capable of bending so that the end of the movable arm approaches the end of the fixed arm; and a piezoelectric element that is attached to the movable arm which bends the movable arm by mechanical deformation of the piezoelectric device in order to clamp wire between the end of the movable arm and the end of the fixed arm. A wire clamping method for clamping bonding wire comprising bending a movable arm toward a fixed arm during wire bonding of electronic components by means of mechanical deformation of a piezoelectric element, the deformation being generated by applying a voltage to the piezoelectric element.

    摘要: The present invention provide a transmission system comprising a transmission apparatus for transmitting audio data of multi channels and auxiliary data required for playback of the audio data, and a receiving apparatus for receiving the audio data and the auxiliary data which are transmitted by the transmission apparatus. A multiplexer of the transmission apparatus creates block data that is composed of 8 frames, and first 1 byte of each frame is allocated to a header having Sync, OE and the like, the second byte is allocated to the auxiliary data including AUX data and copyright protect information, and remaining bytes are used to transmit the audio data. An encryptor carries out an encryption process for the second and later bytes of each frame, and a communication means outputs encrypted data. A communication means of the receiving apparatus receives the encrypted data from the transmission apparatus, a decoder decodes the encrypted data, and a demultiplexer demultiplexes the audio data and the auxiliary data. Therefore, this transmission system transmits multi-channel audio data of the DVD-Audio or the like efficiently on a transmission line using fixed length frames according to the MOST method, and takes measures for copyright protection of audio data.

    摘要: An automatic transmission includes a double-pinion planetary gearset and two single-pinion planetary gearsets. A first ring gear is held stationary. A second sun gear and a third ring gear are coupled to a first sun gear and a first carrier respectively, constituting first and second rotor units. An output is coupled to a third carrier. A first clutch selectively couples a second carrier to the first rotor unit. A second clutch selectively couples the second carrier to the second rotor unit. A third clutch selectively couples an input to the second carrier. A fourth clutch selectively couples a second ring gear to a third sun gear. A fifth clutch selectively couples the second ring gear to the third carrier. A sixth clutch selectively couples the input to the third sun gear. Nine forward gear ratios and one reverse gear ratio are obtained by simultaneous application of three of the clutches.
