    Abstract: A carrying structure of semiconductor includes a carrier made of a plastic material with a heat conduction region, each surface of the carrier has an interface layer formed on, and an electrically insulation circuit and a metal layer are defined on the interface layer. The insulation circuit is located on the surface of the heat conduction region and on an encircling annular region extended from two surfaces of the heat conduction region, and at the same time exposing parts of the carrier surface thereby splitting the metal layer on the interface layer into at least two electrodes. A thermal conductor formed in the heat conduction region has a LED chip adhered on it which has at least a contact point connected with the corresponding metal layer with a metal wiring so as to dissipate the heat generated by the chip rapidly with the thermal conductor.

    Abstract: A vehicle lamp has a lamp holder, an LED array, an interior heat sink and a heat exchanger. The lamp holder is hollow and has a heat conductive portion. The LED array is mounted in the lamp holder. The interior heat sink is mounted on the LED array and has an inner conductor attached between the LED array and the heat conductive portion. The heat exchanger is mounted on an outer side of the heat conductive portion. Therefore, the vehicle lamp can efficiently dissipate heat generated by the LED array by the interior heat sink and the heat exchanger with little or no dust entering the lamp holder and accumulating on the LED array for improved lifespan and constant heat dissipating performance.

    Abstract: A ball screw comprises a shaft, a nut, two return elements, plural rolling elements and a sleeve. When being rotated, the shaft will drive the nut to move and circulate the rolling elements within a circulation path defined by a loaded path and the return passages of the return elements. The nut is provided with a circular groove in an outer circumferential surface thereof, and the sleeve is disposed in the circular groove.
