Abstract: A mechanical diagnosis method for combustion abnormality using engine noise includes: calculating an Energy K and a Loudness standard deviation index (NSTD) with Kurtosis analysis by a diagnosis controller 30 from noise data measured together with a signal component by rotation excitation of an engine 10; calculating a plurality of order frequency peak order component values by a Modulation Frequency Transform; and distinguishing a cylinder where abnormal combustion occurs from a cylinder where normal combustion occurs by applying a predetermined threshold to these calculated values, thereby classifying, by Modulation Frequency analysis, problem samples of the rotation excitation and combustion excitation influence of the engine in which the abnormality state determination of the engine has been difficult only with energy distribution while overcoming the limitation of Kurtosis analysis.

The method of operating a transmitter for transmission diversity in a wireless communication system includes generating a first data symbol by receiving a baseband signal from a data source, generating a second data symbol having an equal phase to the first data symbol, generating a first complex conjugate symbol by performing a complex conjugate operation for the first data symbol, generating a second complex conjugate symbol having a phase difference of 180 degrees from the first complex conjugate symbol, transmitting the first data symbol through a first transmission antenna and transmitting the second data symbol through a second transmission antenna in a first time slot, and transmitting the first complex conjugate symbol through the first transmission antenna and transmitting the second complex conjugate symbol through the second transmission antenna in a second time slot.

Abstract: A flyback converter is provided, which includes a transformer comprising a primary winding and a secondary winding, the transformer for transforming a power inputted from an input power supply and outputting the transformed power, a switching part having one end connected to the primary winding and the other end connected to the input power supply, and an auxiliary circuit including an auxiliary capacitor, and an auxiliary winding coupled to the primary winding. In addition, a clamping diode and a two-series connected switch structure is utilized for the switch stage to relieve the voltage stress of the switch. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the voltage stress of the switch and also reduce the ripple of the input current which are the causes of EMI.

In the separation column for micro gas chromatography, a sufficient pressure drop occurs, and thus an interaction between a gas mixture to be analyzed and a stationary phase in the column sufficiently takes place, whereby individual gas components are efficiently separated from the gas mixture, discharged from the column, and detected.
