An arranging-line mechanism comprises a cam, an axle connecting to the cam, a sliding element and a transmitting mechanism to drive the cam and the axle. The cam comprises an inclined surface and the sliding element to slide thereon. When the axle revolves, the transmitting mechanism drives the cam to revolve. A power line is wound regularly via the sliding element to slide on the inclined surface.

A fabrication method for a damascene bit line contact plug. A semiconductor substrate has a first gate conductive structure, a second gate conductive structure and a source/drain region formed therebetween. A first conductive layer is formed in a space between the first gate conductive structure and the second gate conductive structure to be electrically connected to the source/drain region. An inter-layer dielectric with a planarized surface is formed to cover the first conductive layer, the first gate conductive structure, and the second gate conductive structure. A bit line contact hole is formed in the inter-layer dielectric to expose the top of the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer is formed in the bit line contact hole, in which the combination of the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer serves as a damascene bit line contact plug.

A method, system and voice browser execute voice applications to perform a voice-based function. A document is retrieved and parsed to create a parse tree. Script code is created from the parse tree, thereby consuming part of the parse tree to create a reduced parse tree. The reduced parse tree is stored in a cache for subsequent execution to perform the voice-based function.

The invention provides an IP switching based radio network controller. The radio network controller comprises a plurality of functional modules, at least comprising: an ATM interface module, an interface management module, a radio signaling management module and a radio bearer processing module, characterized in that, the radio network controller replaces an ATM switch with an IP switching network to achieve data and signaling exchange among the above functional modules in the radio network controller. Said functional modules respectively comprise at least one functional board, and the functions of each of the functional modules are respectively achieved in different functional boards. The radio network controller of the invention has the advantages of low cost, simple configuration and management, and easy to achieve the system.
Abstract:
A method for fabricating a micro-lens and a mold cavity thereof and a light emitting device are provided. The method includes providing a substrate having a first surface for a plurality of micro nanometer structures to be disposed and arranged thereon. A metallic thin film layer is deposited on the first surface and micro nanometer structures of the substrate, and partially exposing the micro nanometer structures from the metallic thin film layer. Each of the micro nanometer structures is removed to form a mold cavity having a second surface so as to form a micro-lens having a micro nanometer lenticular face array, thereby enabling the light of light source passing through the micro nanometer structures to generate mass refraction. The micro nanometer structure of the present invention provides more even illumination and more extensive distribution, and the cost of material, power consumption, and manufacturing equipment involved are reduced.

An entropy decoding circuit, an entropy decoding method, and an entropy decoding method using a pipeline manner are provided. The entropy decoding circuit includes a coefficient register unit, a first entropy decoder, a read/write control circuit, and a second entropy decoder. The first entropy decoder reads a first stream to be decoded to perform a first entropy decoding process thereupon and writes it to the coefficient register unit in an adaptive scan order through the read/write control circuit. The second entropy decoder reads a second stream to be decoded and performs a decoding process thereupon according to a normalization parameter and whether a normalized coefficient is zero or not. Meanwhile, the normalized coefficient in the coefficient register unit is read out in a fixed scan order through the read/write control circuit to complete the decoding process.

An angle-calculation apparatus for three-phase optical encoder receives three-phase sinusoidal signals 120 degree phase from the optical encoder and obtains angle information for a motor rotor. The angle-calculation apparatus includes an A/D converter, a digital signal processor (DSP), a phase digitalizer and a digital counter. The A/D converter converts three-phase analog signals of the optical encoder into three-phase digital signals. The phase digitalizer converts the three-phase analog signals into digital phase signals. The digital counter generates a counting value based on the digital phase signals. The DSP performs an inverse trigonometric function calculation on a relatively linear region of the three-phase digital signals to obtain the angle information. The DSP obtains the rotation turn number and rotation direction of the motor rotor according to the counting value.

An apparatus for monitoring a vehicle condition comprises a sensor for sensing the vehicle condition and a transmitter for transmitting signals indicative of the sensed vehicle condition. The transmitted signals include a first signal set and a second signal set. A receiver mountable on the vehicle is provided for receiving the transmitted signals. The receiver has a first operating state when the vehicle ignition is OFF and a second operating state when the vehicle ignition is ON. The first signal set includes a wake-up portion to wake up the receiver when the receiver is in its first operating state and an information portion. The second signal set includes an information portion. The transmitted signals include at least one first signal set and at least one second signal set during a predetermined time period when the vehicle ignition is OFF and when the vehicle ignition is ON.
