    摘要: An apparatus for separating a pile of paper sheets into units and distributing them is equipped with a separating device adapted to separate a pile of paper sheets into reams in accordance with markers provided on the pile. The apparatus is also equipped with a distributing device including a number of forks, which are inserted into a gap that is formed by the separating device between a ream of paper sheets to be separated from the pile and the rest of the pile, whereby at least one of the forks is first moved horizontally in a direction perpendicular to the ream-distributing direction, and then all the forks are moved in the ream-distributing direction. The markers consist of ream-marker tapes, and the separating device consists of an insertion member and a device for raising the ream-marker tapes, the insertion member being inserted into the pile using the lower surface of each ream-marker tape as a guide. When distributing reams of paper sheets, the insertion member is brought under a ream to be separated and distributed while the previous ream is being distributed, thus shortening the operation cycle.

    摘要: A spectrophotometer used for measurement of the transmittance of a sample according to an optical null method, wherein light from a light source is divided into two light beams and pass through a sample cell and reference cell respectively, chopped by a chopper for alternatively supplying the light beams through a monochrometer to a light detector providing signals which are amplified and subjected to synchronous detection by a synchronous rectifier operating in synchronism with the chopper operation so as to obtain an electric signal proportional to the intensity difference between the light passed through the sample cell and that passed through the reference cell with the intensity of the light passed through the reference cell being controlled by a light attenuator connected to a recording pen until the difference signal becomes null. The spectrophotometer further includes an AC signal source generating an AC signal in synchronous relation with the operation of the chopper for applying the AC signal to the input of the amplifier, a position-voltage transducer providing a signal representing the position of a recording pen, a voltage difference detector detecting the difference between the output voltages of the position-voltage transducer before and after the application of the AC signal, and a voltage variation rate detector detecting rate of transient variation with respect to time of the signal of the position-voltage transducer after application of the AC signal. The optical sensitivity of the spectrophotometer is detected by the voltage difference detector and the electrical gain is detected by the voltage variation rate detector.

    摘要: A heating ventilator for bathroom includes a frame, a motor mounted with fan blades, a volute casing, an air path switching plate located at the air outlet of the volute casing for switching the air outlet of a ventilator main body, a heater, and a control electric circuit mechanism for operating the motor, the air path switching plate and the heater. The air path switching plate and the heater are configured in a separate and overlapping manner in the height direction of the ventilator main body. The center line of the fan blades and a tongue of the volute casing are both offset from the center line of the main body and are located at the same side. The center line of the main body is horizontally aligned and overlapped with the center line of the air path switching plate and the center line of the heater.

    摘要: A heating and ventilating fan including a frame, a motor with fan blades, a casing, a heating device, and an air path switching plate disposed at an air outlet of the casing for switching outlets of the ventilating fan and a timing motor. The timing motor and the air path switching plate are fixed on either side of a frame wall. The air path switching plate is connected to the timing motor shaft through a connection part, and controls the air path switching plate to rotate by a constant angle in a single direction. A spring having a first end fixed to the frame wall, and a second end rotating synchronously with the air path switching plate controls the air path switching plate to rotate in an opposite direction to the single direction. When the timing motor is switched off, the spring returns the air path switching plate to its rest position.

    摘要: A shutter device reduces resistance in an air passage while maintaining air-tightness, thus reducing a load to a fan and a motor. A shutter mount is provided between an intake port adapted to be connected with a side from which air enters and a discharging port adapted to be connected with a side from which air is discharged. A shutter frame is inserted into an inside of the shutter mount. A shutter for preventing outside air from entering from the discharging port is mounted to the shutter frame. The shutter mount has a rib thereof for sealing a gap produced between the shutter and the shutter mount when the shutter is closed. The rib has an inner diameter substantially equal to a diameter of the discharging port as seen from the discharging port.

There is no particular limitation on a kind of a material used for the formation substrate as long as the material can withstand the temperature at which the reduced pressure chemical vapor deposition is performed. A group of silicon whiskers which does not include a seed atom can be grown directly on and in contact with the formation substrate. Further, the substrate provided with the group of whiskers can be applied to a solar cell, a lithium ion secondary battery, and the like, by utilizing surface characteristics of the group of whiskers.
