Abstract: An object of the present invention is to efficiently cool a rotor coil even in a rotor provided with a wire connection plate. A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, a plurality of segment coils protruding from slots of the stator core and arranged in a radial direction, a connection conductor that connects the segment coils, and an insulating member that holds the connection conductor. The insulating member includes a through hole through which the segment coil penetrates and is accommodated. An opening through which a coolant can flow into the through hole is provided on an inner peripheral side of the insulating member.

Abstract: A first torque calculation unit 114 calculates torque TQ_DC currently generated by a motor 106 based on a DC current DC1. A second torque calculation unit 115 calculates torque TQ_UVW currently generated by the motor 106 based on U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase currents. A torque limit calculation unit 116 calculates a torque limit TQ_LMT1 using a torque limit characteristic map measured in advance based on a current limit DC_LMT1. A torque limit correction unit 117 compares first torque TQ_DC with second torque TQ_UVW to calculate a torque variation degree KP1. Then, the torque limit TQ_LMT1 is corrected using the variation degree KP1 to calculate a torque limit TQ_LMT2. As a result, even if required torque reaches the torque limit, the DC current does not exceed the current limit, and the output of the motor can be fully utilized by approaching the current limit.

Abstract: A driving assistance device includes a recording unit that records vehicle past traveling positions and related position estimation information, and a relative position estimation unit that estimates a vehicle relative position based on a sensor, adds a history of the relative position to the past traveling position, and uses the output of the sensor. The driving assistance device further includes a position estimation unit that estimates a vehicle position with respect to the past traveling positions and adds a history of the estimated position to the past traveling position, in addition to a deviation determination unit that determines deviation from the past traveling positions using a distribution of the past traveling positions, the vehicle position relative to the past traveling positions, and a reference value. The driving assistance device includes a control unit that controls the vehicle to cancel a warning or deviation when the deviation is determined.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a vehicle control device capable of detecting overheating of a CPU or a heat dissipation failure of the cooling mechanism, while suppressing increases in the size, the number of components, and the cost. A vehicle control device according to the present embodiment includes a memory, a CPU, a temperature sensor that is provided internal of the CPU, and a cooling mechanism that cools the CPU. The memory stores therein a standard pattern SP1, a wait time tw, a standard temperature Ts, and a normal temperature difference. The CPU then stores the load of the CPU in the memory, and monitors the load. When the load changes in accordance with the standard pattern SP1, the CPU calculates a temperature difference ΔTse between the standard temperature Ts and an evaluation temperature Te of the temperature sensor at the time point when the wait time tw elapses from the first pattern SP1 has started, and determines a failure when the temperature difference ΔTse is larger than the normal temperature difference.

Abstract: A shock absorber includes a seal member that is slidably in contact with a piston rod, a friction member that is formed of an annular elastic rubber section slidably in contact with the piston rod and an annular base section to which the elastic rubber section is fixed, and an communication path that reduces pressure difference between both sides of the friction member in axial direction. The elastic rubber section is provided with a minimum inner diameter section, a first enlarged diameter section, and a second enlarged diameter section. A force is applied to the piston rod by the friction member such that movement in an outward direction of the cylinder becomes difficult and movement in an inward direction of the cylinder becomes easy.
