    Abstract: Disclosed is an optical dental caries diagnostic device and an optical diagnostic device for periodontal diseases that can quantitatively diagnose progression of dental caries or periodontal diseases, and an optical diagnostic method including the same. Also disclosed is a diagnostic system including such diagnostic devices.
    The optical dental caries diagnostic device (1) has a probe (30) having optical transparency and a taper shape with an end portion to be in contact with a tooth, a light source (20) emitting light to the probe (30), and a light receiving element (40) receiving light from the end portion of the probe (30).

The motion analyzing device also includes an AA muscle co-activation ratio calculating unit (103), a muscle synergy calculating unit (104) and an equilibrium point calculating unit (105) to calculate an equilibrium point of the person and a muscle synergy that is a set of base vectors describing the equilibrium point based on a musculoskeletal model of the person and a constraint condition that the position of the endpoint of the limb matches the position of the equilibrium point in a static situation to keep a posture still under gravity compensation.

    Abstract: A sheet-shaped cell culture is disclosed that includes myocardial cells derived from pluripotent stem cells and has excellent functional properties. A sheet-shaped cell culture obtained by culturing a cell population that includes myocardial cells derived from pluripotent stem cells, wherein the proportion of the number of the myocardial cells derived from pluripotent stem cells to the total number of cells in the cell population is 50% to 70%; a method of producing the sheet-shaped cell culture; a composition including the sheet-shaped cell culture; and a method of treating a disease using the sheet-shaped cell culture or the composition.
