The pump chamber consists of an upper pump chamber part and a lower pump chamber part, which can be moved, relative to one another, for a pumping process. In order to prevent unintentional exit of mass under certain stresses such as severe vibrations, the outlet valve is moved into a release position before the beginning of a pumping process, by means of a control part.

摘要： An ophthalmic dispenser has a rigid housing defining a fluid-receiving chamber, a flexible bladder receivable within the fluid-receiving chamber, a pump coupled in fluid communication with the fluid-receiving chamber, and a nozzle having a valve defining an annular, axially-extending valve seat, an outlet aperture coupled in fluid communication between the valve seat and the pump, and a flexible valve cover extending about the valve seat and forming an annular, axially-extending interface therebetween. The valve interface is connectable in fluid communication with the outlet aperture, and at least part of the valve cover is movable between (i) a normally closed position with the valve cover engaging the valve seat to close the interface and form a fluid-tight seal therebetween, and (ii) an open position with at least part of the valve cover spaced away from the valve seat in response to pumped fluid flowing through the outlet aperture at a pressure greater than a valve opening pressure to allow the passage of pressurized fluid therebetween. A spring is drivingly connected to the housing and moves at least one of the pump and housing relative to the other to actuate the pump. The rigid housing is mountable within a cartridge which, in turn, is mountable within a dispenser housing including an eyelid depressor and a trigger for simultaneously actuating the eyelid depressor and pump.

The cosmetics case is object of during pressing a conical elastic part 33 composed of intermediate member 28 and moving an opening valve 29 due to the air pressure generated while the inner moving body 10 ascends and descends so that the inner hole 30 is opened and cosmetics liquid is discharged to the brush 56 by passing vertical and horizontal discharge guider 29a, 29b and liquid transporting passage 36 formed in upper and lower part of an opening valve 29 through a discharger 54, that the inner moving body 10 descends due to the expansion force of a conical elastic part 33 and the elastic force of a spring 34 and returns, and that the inner hole 30 is closed by an inclined plane 29c formed in a upper part of an opening valve 29 to prevent cosmetics liquid from being discharged. The conical elastic part 33 and a spring 34 is compressed formed in an intermediate member 28 by pressing and releasing the inner moving body 10 so that it is possible to freely discharge and to freely prevent the cosmetics liquid. The inner moving body 10 can be separated and opened due to easily assembling and dismantling of the inner moving body 10 and the connecting member 24 when the cosmetics liquid provided with the inner moving body 10 is exhausted so that the inner moving body 10 is refilled.

As pocketable dispensers they are popular for dispensing small amounts of stored viscous liquids easily damaged when exposure to the atmosphere, a condition where sealed reservoirs coupled with airless pumps working together successfully prevent such product contamination and deterioration. A method of improved healthcare employing such pump dispensers containing a hand sanitizing fluid is also discussed.

The first pump draws liquid from a reservoir and dispenses it to the second pump. The second pump draws in the discharge from the first pump and an additional volume of air such that the second pump discharges both liquid and air. The first pump preferably has a piston movable in a first inner chamber and the second pump has the same piston movable in a second outer chamber. The first and second chambers communicate together. In one version, a one-way valve provides flow outwardly only from the first chamber to the second chamber and the first pump discharges while the second pump draws in, and vice versa.
