Abstract: A method of preparing a compound of formula I is described. 1 In this compound, each of R1-R6 is, independently, 2 in which Y is O, S, NH, or C(R7)nullC(R8). Each of R7-R11 is, independently, H, substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C4-20 heteroaryl. The movable sensor module transmits the environmental parameters to the network gateway, and the network gateway transmits the environmental parameters to the control server for processing the environmental parameters.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is generally directed to antibodies against the Siglec-3, and pharmaceutical compositions that comprise the antibodies. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the present anti-Siglec-3 antibodies may suppress the over activation of Siglec-3, thereby reversing the immunosuppression effects resulted therefrom. As such, the present antibodies may treat diseases associated with the over activation of Siglec-3, such as hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, or cancers. Accordingly, the present disclosure also includes methods for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of the above diseases.

Abstract: A system and method for image-guided microscopic illumination are provided. A processing module controls an imaging assembly such that a camera acquires an image or images of a sample in multiple fields of view, and the image or images are automatically transmitted to a processing module and processed by the first processing module automatically in real-time based on a predefined criterion so as to determine coordinate information of an interested region in each field of view. The processing module also controls an illuminating assembly to illuminate the interested region of the sample according to the received coordinate information regarding to the interested region, with the illumination patterns changing among the fields of view.
