摘要: A corner determinator detects a corner appearing in a traveling direction of a vehicle and determines whether a detected corner is a blind corner based upon a current position of the vehicle and road data. A blind distance calculator calculates a distance from the determined blind corner to the vehicle based upon the current position of the vehicle and the road data. A necessary engine braking amount calculator calculates, on the basis of a calculated distance, a necessary engine braking amount necessary for decelerating a current vehicle speed to a vehicle speed at which it is possible to stop around the blind corner when a braking operation is performed with a full braking amount. A required speed change stage determinator calculates a required speed change stage based upon the determined necessary engine braking amount. A transmission controller performs a downshift to a determined required speed change stage.

摘要: Systems and methods for managing shift changes of a multi-speed automatic transmission of a vehicle are provided. The multi-speed automatic transmission being capable of establishing a plurality of forward speed ratios. The vehicle may include a transmission shift selector having at least one operator selectable shift request input to request a shift change of the multi-speed automatic transmission. A control circuit operatively coupled to the multi-speed automatic transmission is provided which shifts the multi-speed automatic transmission from a first forward speed ratio to a second forward speed ratio in response to shift criteria. The shift criteria may be based on a plurality of operational characteristics related to the vehicle.

摘要: When a switch condition where a shift of a continuously variable transmission is switched from a first shift that is any one of an upshift and a downshift to another second shift is satisfied, an integral term in the feedback control of the first shift is reduced to zero with a first predetermined gradient, an operation of an integral term in the feedback control of the second shift is started after the switch condition is satisfied and before the integral term in the feedback control of the first shift reaches zero, and the continuously variable transmission is shifted based on a sum of the integral term in the feedback control of the first shift and the integral term in the feedback control of the second shift.

摘要: A control device for an automatic transmission includes a continuously variable transmission mechanism, a torque converter, a target transmission ratio calculation unit, a feedback control unit, and a phase compensation unit. The torque converter has a lock-up clutch. The target transmission ratio calculation unit is configured to calculate a target transmission ratio based on a travelling state. The feedback control unit is configured to perform feedback control based on an actual value indicative of a state of the continuously variable transmission mechanism. The phase compensation unit is configured to perform phase lead compensation of the feedback control based on the travelling state. The phase compensation control unit is configured to halt the phase lead compensation when an unstable travelling state of a vehicle is detected. The phase compensation control unit is further configured to release the lock-up clutch when the phase lead compensation is halted.

In a case where a state is changed from a state in which the motor/generator (MG) is stopped and the electric oil pump (M/O/P) is driven to a state in which the motor/generator (MG) is started and the electric oil pump (M/O/P) is stopped, when a total flow amount of a working fluid discharge flow amount of the mechanical oil pump (O/P) and a working fluid discharge flow amount of the electric oil pump (M/O/P) is equal to or greater than a pressure regulation limit flow amount of the pressure regulating valve (104), the working fluid discharge flow amount of the electric oil pump (M/O/P) is decreased.

The ECU controls the speed of the automatic transmission based on a quantity of state of a vehicle, and the plurality of stored shift lines, and execute, when an N speed is established, a first downshift that changes a speed from the N speed to an N−2 speed, when the quantity of state of the vehicle is in a region above the hysteresis line, after the quantity of state of the vehicle has risen above the N−1 speed downshift line.

摘要: An automatic transmission control device implements a downshift by disengagement of a clutch that is engaged in a gear position before the downshift. It is determined whether an engine state is in a predetermined region in which a change of an engine torque per a change of an accelerator pedal opening is smaller than that in another region, and the engine torque is within a predetermined range, and an engine rotational speed is within a predetermined range. It is determined whether an operating state is in a predetermined state of accelerator operation in which the accelerator pedal opening is larger than a predetermined value, and an accelerator pedal opening change rate has an absolute value smaller than a predetermined value. The downshift is inhibited in response to determination that the engine state is in the predetermined region and the operating state is in the predetermined state of accelerator operation.
