    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for interpolation comprises the following steps carried out by computer hardware components: determining an image-like input data structure, the image-like input data structure comprising a plurality of data points; determining a plurality of reference data points as a subset of the plurality of data points of the image-like input data structure; determining an image-like temporary data structure based on the image-like input data structure and a pre-determined processing operation; replacing data points of the image-like temporary data structure corresponding to the plurality of reference data points by the plurality of reference data points to obtain an image-like updated temporary data structure; and determining an image-like output data structure based on the image-like updated temporary data structure.

    Abstract: A method of determining an alignment error of an antenna is described, wherein the antenna is installed at a vehicle and in cooperation with a detection device, and wherein the detection device is configured to determine a plurality of detections. Determining the plurality of detections comprises emitting a first portion of electromagnetic radiation through the antenna, receiving a second portion of electromagnetic radiation through the antenna, and evaluating the second portion of electromagnetic radiation in dependence of the first portion of electromagnetic radiation in order to localize areas of reflection of the first portion of electromagnetic radiation in the vicinity of the antenna. The method comprises determining a first detection and at least a second detection by using the detection device, and determining the alignment error by means of a joint evaluation of the first detection and the second detection.

    Abstract: A method to enable a vehicle's embedded USB Host system to connect to multiple mobile devices through a USB Hub, regardless of whether the mobile devices are configured to act as USB Hosts or USB Devices, without USB On the Go (OTG) controllers or additional vehicle wiring or inhibiting the functionality of any consumer devices connected to the same USB Hub. Preferably, the method is configured to provide that no additional cabling or hardware changes to accommodate this capability. The method can be employed between a vehicle's embedded USB Host, USB Hub and at least one consumer accessible USB port. When the consumer device is acting as a USB Host, signals between the consumer device and the vehicle's embedded USB Host are processed through a USB bridge, thereby rendering the consumer device compatible with the vehicle's embedded USB Host.

    Abstract: A wiring harness assembly includes a first flexible planar wire cable. The first flexible planar wire cable has a first plurality of separated conductors formed in a first insulating layer. The first insulating layer includes a first flat exterior surface. The first flat exterior surface defines first apertures that expose at least a portion the first plurality of separated conductors. The first apertures are sized, shaped, and arranged such that arranging a second flat exterior surface of a second flexible planar wire cable in contact with the first flat exterior surface enables an electrical connection between the first plurality of separated conductors and a second plurality of separated conductors formed in a second insulating layer of the second flexible planar wire cable.

    Abstract: A vehicle control system includes a controller circuit in communication with a steering sensor and one or more perception sensors. The steering sensor is configured to detect a steering torque of a steering wheel of a host vehicle. The one or more perception sensors are configured to detect an environment proximate the host vehicle. The controller circuit is configured to determine when an operator of the host vehicle requests a take-over from fully automated control of the host vehicle based on the steering sensor. The controller circuit classifies the take-over request based on the steering sensor.
