Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method by which a network node performs an operation related to a vehicle to everything (V2X) message transmission to a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: allowing the network node to receive a notify broadcast area message; allowing the network node to receive a V2X message after receiving the notify broadcast area message; and allowing the network node to determine a first eNB which will transmit the V2X message to the UE, on the basis of the notify broadcast area message, without performing session update request procedures.

Abstract: The present description discloses a service request method. The service request method comprises the steps of: increasing a counter whenever a service request message has been transmitted multiple times to a first network node in a first public land mobile network (PLMN), but an acceptance message has not been received by the time a first timer expires; comparing the counter value with an upper threshold value; and running a second timer if the counter value is equal to or greater than the upper threshold value, wherein the transmission of the service request message can be prevented until the second timer expires.

Here, the rejection message includes the reason for rejection, and can include a second active time value determined by considering the first active time value. The method can comprise the steps of terminating the transmission procedure of the request message after receiving the reject message, and entering a PSM state on the basis of the second active time value.

The UE selects a policy among the plurality of policies based on the specific information if there is no user configuration The selected policy is used to select a WLAN access. The plurality of PLMNs include a home PLMN (H-PLMN) and a visited PLMN (V-PLMN).

Abstract: A method and a network node for supporting a connection between a User Equipment (UE) and a Machine Type Communication-interworking function (MTC-IWF) are discussed. The method according to an embodiment includes receiving, by the network node from the MTC-IWF, a mobile terminated (MT) message including a triggering payload by using a specific reference point; forwarding, by the network node to the UE, the trigger payload, if the trigger payload contains an application identifier which allows the network node and which distinguishes the MT message carrying device triggering information from any other type of MT message; and receiving a response message, which corresponds to the trigger payload, for initiating communication with the server, if the application identifier which allows the UE distinguishes the MT message carrying device triggering information from any other type of MT message.
