Abstract: A ripple pre-amplification based fully integrated LDO pertains to the technical field of power management. The positive input terminal of a transconductance amplifier is connected to a reference voltage Vref, and the negative input terminal of the transconductance amplifier is connected to the feedback voltage Vfb. The output terminal of the transconductance amplifier is connected to the negative input terminal of a transimpedance amplifier and the negative input terminal of an error amplifier. The positive input terminal of the transimpedance amplifier is connected to the ground GND, and the output terminal of the transimpedance amplifier is connected to the positive input terminal of the error amplifier. The gate terminal of the power transistor MP is connected to the output terminal of the error amplifier, the source terminal of the power transistor MP is connected to an input voltage VIN, and the drain terminal of the power transistor MP is grounded.

Abstract: A junction termination with an internal field plate, the field plate structure and the junction termination extension region are folded inside the device to make full use of the thickness of the drift region in the body, thereby reducing the area of the termination and relieving the electric field concentration at the end of the PN junction. The breakdown position is transferred from the surface into the body of the original PN junction, and the withstand voltage of termination can reach to the breakdown voltage of the parallel plane junction. Under such design, a smaller area can be obtained than that of the conventional structure at the same withstand voltage.

Abstract: The invention provides a thin film deposition system and a method, and relates to the field of thin film deposition. The deposition method comprises the following steps: 1) heating metal substrate; carrying out deposition. The method is characterized in the step 1) that a current is conducted into the metal substrate at one end of the growth zone by one electrode, and out of the metal substrate at the other end of the growth zone by the other electrode, so that the metal substrate is heated by the heat emitting of the resistant of the metal substrate itself. According to the method, the quality of the prepared thin film is improved, while the preparation cost of the thin film is reduced. In addition, the consistent double-sided thin films can be easily prepared on two surfaces of the metal substrate by employing the system and method.

Abstract: A method for improving a spurious free dynamic range and a signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio of a capacitor-resistor combined successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter by capacitor re-configuration, the method including: 1) arranging 128 unit capacitors in a positive array and a negative array, respectively, dividing unit capacitors of symmetrical positions of the positive array and the negative array into groups to yield a total of 128 groups of capacitors; 2) acquiring 128 digital codes corresponding to 128 groups of capacitors; 3) sorting the 128 groups of capacitors from maximum to minimum according to the 128 digital codes obtained in 2), and recording the 128 groups of capacitors after sorting as C1-C128; and 4) selecting 64 groups of capacitors from C33 to C96, and reconfiguring the 64 groups of capacitors in capacitor arrays of the capacitor-resistor analog-to-digital converter.

Abstract: A one-step solution casting method for preparing a PVDF-based pyroelectric polymer film is provided, which belongs to the technical field of functional material preparation. The method comprises steps of: treating a substrate with a hydrophilic reagent to obtain a hydrophilically-modified substrate, and then casting the organic solution of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or its copolymer on the hydrophilically-modified substrate. After cured, the as-casted PVDF-based film shows pyroelectricity without undergoing any stretching or poling post-treatment, indicates that the dipoles of the one-step prepared film are aligned. The self-polarization of the prepared film is attributed to a hydrogen bond induced layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly growth mechanism. The method is simple, low cost, high efficient, high capability to produce thick and large-area film with smooth morphology and ease to be scalized.

Abstract: A hybrid distributed amplification method based on a random fiber laser generated within erbium fiber with low doping concentration, i.e. weak erbium-doped fiber (WEDF), which includes: Step 1. constructing a fiber link via WEDF; Step 2. generating the random fiber laser based on the fiber link, the pump source, the wavelength division multiplexer and the strong feedback module; Step 3. constructing the spatial equalized gain based on hybrid gain of the erbium fiber and random fiber laser; Step 4. the signal is amplified by the hybrid spatial equalized gain. The present invention solves the typical problem of high laser threshold and low pump conversion efficiency when conventional fiber is used to generate random fiber laser for distributed amplification.

Abstract: A method of collecting radiation information of a turbine blade, the method including: 1) collecting a radiated light from the surface of the turbine blade, analyzing the radiated light using a spectrometer to calculate compositions and corresponding concentrations of combustion gas; 2) calculating an absorption coefficient of the combustion gas at different concentrations; 3) calculating a total absorption rate of the combustion gas at different radiation wavelengths under different concentrations of component gases; 4) obtaining a relationship between the radiation and a wavelength; 5) finding at least 3 bands with a least gas absorption rate; 6) calculating a distance between a wavelength of a strongest radiation point of the turbine blade and the center wavelength, and selecting three central wavelengths closest to the wavelength with the strongest radiation; and 7) acquiring radiation data of the turbine blade in the windows obtained in 6).

Abstract: A random distributed Rayleigh feedback fiber laser based on a double-cladding weakly ytterbium-doped fiber includes: a pump laser source, a pump combiner, a cladding power stripper, and a double-cladding weakly ytterbium-doped fiber for simultaneously achieving distributed active gain and random distributed Rayleigh feedback. An output end of the pump combiner is connected with one end of the double-cladding weakly ytterbium-doped fiber, the other end of the double-cladding weakly ytterbium-doped fiber is connected with an input end of the cladding power stripper, and a concentration of ytterbium ions in the double-cladding weakly ytterbium-doped fiber is in a range of 0.5×1023 to 1×1027/m3. The laser provided by the present invention solves the problem that the existing random fiber lasers cannot simultaneously utilize distributed active gain and random distributed Rayleigh feedback with a single type of fiber.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for automatically adjusting the hold-off time of a DSO based on real-time cycle measurements of the system trigger signal: obtaining a cycle sequence by measuring the system trigger signal, the maximum cycle and minimum cycle, then judging the difference of the maximum cycle and minimum cycle: if the difference is greater than a threshold set by user, setting the hold-off time to the maximum cycle, the minimum cycle or the median cycle, then returning; otherwise terminating the adjustment of the hold-off time. At this point, the hold-off time is correctly set. Therefore, the present invention reduces the complexity and time consumption of the hold-off adjustment, and allows the test signal to be quickly and stably displayed on screen of DSO, meanwhile, which makes the trigger adjustment of DSO more convenient.
