In one embodiment, the rack includes a plate with at least one clip bracket, a locating pin aperture, and a pair of mounting apertures. The plate is coupled to the pedal assembly in a relationship wherein the clip bracket receives a mounting clip formed on the pedal assembly, the locating pin aperture receives a locating pin formed on the pedal assembly, and the mounting apertures in the plate are aligned with respective mounting apertures defined on the pedal assembly and receive fasteners which secure the rack to the pedal.

The system obtains geographic data provided by a user and generates a customized geographic region based on the obtained geographic data. The system generates relationship data corresponding to the new customized geographic region. Thereafter, on-line content may be delivered to an audience associated with the new customized geographic region, thereby allowing the user, such as an advertiser or publisher, to define targeting regions that are optimal to their specific business environment.

    摘要： Video down-conversion apparatus in which an input, higher definition video signal is converted to an output, lower definition video signal having a smaller number of active lines and/or a smaller number of active pixels per line than the input video signal, comprises: an interpolator for receiving pixels of the input video signal at an input pixel rate and interpolating output data values at the input pixel rate, the output data values comprising active output pixel values interspersed with dummy pixel values; control logic for generating an active enable signal associated with the output data values generated by the interpolator, the active enable signal having a first state when an active output pixel value is generated and a second state when a dummy pixel value is generated; a signal processing device connected to receive the output data values generated by the interpolator, the signal processing device comprising an input latch operable to latch an output data value from the interpolator only when the active enable signal is in the first state; and a buffer memory for buffering data output by the signal processing device, for output at a pixel rate associated with the output, lower definition video signal.

    摘要： A memory controller is for controlling access to a memory device of the type having a non-uniform access timing characteristic. An interface receives transactions issued from at least one transaction source and a buffer temporarily stores as pending transactions those transactions received by the interface that have not yet been issued to the memory device. The buffer maintains a plurality of ordered lists (having a number of entries) for the stored pending transactions, including at least one priority based ordered list and at least one access timing ordered list. Each entry being associated with one of the pending transactions, and ordered within its priority based ordered list based on the priority indication of the associated pending transaction. Arbitration circuitry performs an arbitration operation during which the plurality of ordered lists are referenced so as to select a winning transaction to be issued to the memory device.
