摘要： [Problem] It is intended to provide a formed article for food which has excellent antistatic properties and water repellency without impairing its original external appearance and mechanical properties thereof even in a deep-drawn part having a high drawing ratio at forming or even through high temperature forming.[Solution] A multi-layer sheet is prepared having a multi-layer configuration with two or more types of two or more layers, including a main layer which contains a thermoplastic resin, talc and white pigment, and a skin layer of an antistatic resin composition which contains at least one type of thermoplastic resin and an antistatic agent on an opposite side. By thermoforming the sheet including the resin composition, a formed article which has excellent antistatic properties and water repellency effective for preventing contamination and adhesion of soup powder can be obtained. The polymer antistatic agent desirably contains a fatty acid ester sulfonate salt as a main component, has a surface resistivity of 1013Ω/□ or less, and has a water droplet contact angle of 90° or more. The multi-layer sheet is desirably prepared by co-extrusion.

摘要： The present disclosure is related to a die suitable for extrusion of thermoplastic vulcanizate, in particular for co-extrusion of multiple materials comprising a thermoplastic vulcanizate. The die comprises a pool die plate, an orifice die plate, and a profile die plate. By utilizing the die according to the present disclosure in extrusion, the flow of extrudate can be well controlled and balanced due to the design of flow pool and through orifice, thereby an extruded article achieves good shape performance, for example, good surface smoothness, and an undesired effect like edge tear, warpage, die moustache, silver line in the extrusion can be avoided.

The polypropylene composition can include a component (C) that is a thermoplastic polymer different from component (A), and is not a metallocene polypropylene homopolymer. The polypropylene composition can have a gloss at 20° of at least 75. Articles can be produced from the polypropylene composition, including articles that require specific surface properties over an extended period of time.

The method includes feeding a polyimide film material into an extruder having a first zone that provides heating and a subsequent second zone that provides endothermic shearing. In one embodiment, the resulting purge media comprises a sheared polyimide powder having an average particle size in a range of about 5 to 100 microns (or any sub-range thereof). The purge media can comprises up to 35 weight percent other additives.

A tweezers light field is formed in the flow path by both the reflective laser light and the incident laser light.
