    Abstract: A method for treating middle and mature landfill leachate by endogenous denitrification combined autotrophic nitrogen removal process, which belongs to a field of biological treatment of high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater. The middle and mature landfill leachate firstly enters a PN/ED-SBR reactor to perform in an A/O (anaerobic/aerobic) mode, microorganisms in an anaerobic stage absorb an external carbon source and store the external carbon source as an intracellular carbon source, partial nitrification is performed in the aerobic stage, and the ammonia nitrogen in inlet water is completely oxidized into nitrite nitrogen; after the reaction is finished, an effluent containing nitrite nitrogen and middle and mature landfill leachate are mixed and then enter an AMOX-UASB reactor to perform anammox reaction, the effluent of the reactor is pumped into the PN/ED-SBR reactor again to perform in the anoxic mode, and oxidized nitrogen is removed through endogenous denitrification.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a soft measurement method of DXN emission concentration based on multi-source latent feature selective ensemble (SEN) modeling. First, MSWI process data is divided into subsystems of different sources according to industrial processes, and principal component analysis (PCA) is used to separately extract the subsystems' latent features and conduct multi-source latent feature primary selection according to the threshold value of the principal component contribution rate preset by experience. Using mutual information (MI) to evaluate the correlation between the latent features of the primary selection and DXN, and adaptively determine the upper and lower limits and thresholds of the latent feature reselection; finally, based on the reselected latent features, a least squares-support vector machine (LS-SVM) algorithm with a hyperparameter adaptive selection mechanism is used to establish DXN emission concentration sub-models for different subsystems, and based on branch and bound (BB) and prediction error information entropy weighting algorithm to optimize the selection of sub-models and calculation weights coefficient, a SEN soft measurement model of DXN emission concentration is constructed.

    Abstract: A construction steel platform system using a tuned liquid damper (TLD) and a tuned mass damper (TMD) for composite tuned damping is provided. According to the construction steel platform system using a TLD and a TMD for composite tuned damping, a composite damper is composed of the TLD and the TMD overlapping each other, and a construction steel platform is placed above the double dampers. By adjusting a hole diameter of a partition plate in the TLD, a liquid level in a water tank, a stiffness of a spring at an edge of a friction support and mass of materials of a top of the steel platform, the whole steel platform system can achieve composite tuned damping. The TLD and the TMD can be flexibly combined in series or in parallel according to requirements of actual wind and earthquake loads.

    Abstract: A method for constructing episodic memory model based on rat brain visual pathway and entorhinal-hippocampal structure mainly applied to environment cognition and navigation of an intelligent mobile robot to complete tasks of environment cognition map construction and target-oriented navigation is provided. The image information of the environment, the head-direction angle and speed of the robot are collected, and then the head-direction angle and speed of the robot are input into the entorhinal-hippocampal CA3 neural computational model to obtain the robot's precise position. The visual information is input into the computational model of the visual pathway to obtain the scene information in the current vision of the robot. The above two kinds of information are fused and stored in a cognitive node with the topological relationship. Utilizing scenario information to correct the path integration errors during the exploration process of the robot, thereby constructing the episodic cognitive map representing the environment.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing lead smelting slag glass-ceramics based on the oxidation of silicon-rich silicon smelting slag and composition adjustment, and belongs to the technical field of resource utilization of smelting slag rich in monatomic silicon. The method comprises the steps: mixing the silicon slag rich in monatomic silicon with an oxidant, a fluxing agent and a clarifying agent according to a formula ratio, ball-milling and screening to obtain a tempering raw material with uniform size, and performing high-temperature oxidation melting on the tempering raw material to form an oxidation-state molten tempering material; and carrying out further mixed melting on the molten tempering material and hot lead slag, carrying out water quenching to obtain basic glass, and carrying out heat treatment system on the obtained basic glass to form the glass ceramics. According to the method, the smelting slag rich in monatomic silicon is subjected to oxidation tempering and mixed melting with the hot lead slag to prepare the basic glass, and the glass ceramics are obtained by regulating and controlling the heat treatment system of the basic glass. The method is simple in technological process, high in production efficiency and low in cost, achieves the collaborative high-value conversion target of the silicon-rich silicon slag and the lead slag, and is easy to industrially popularize and apply.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for testing the precision retaining ability and fatigue life of RV reducer. The device includes a workbench, a mounting bracket base, a upper pressure plate for the mounting bracket, a servo motor, a mounting fixed sleeve, a tested RV reducer, a temperature sensor, an extension arm, a simulated swing arm, two counterweight blocks named the first and second counterweight block, the first displacement sensor, a sensor holder, a sensor protector, a detection rod, and the second displacement sensor. The device is equipped with two counterweight blocks at the end of the simulated swing arm to simultaneously provide variable loaded torque and loaded bending moment to the RV reducer. The first displacement sensor is placed under the counterweight block to measure the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of RV reducer. The second displacement sensor is placed under the detection rod to measure the bending stiffness of RV reducer. After running for a specified time, the precision retaining ability, fatigue life and wear rule of RV reducer are tested. The invention provides an experimental basis for theoretical research on the wear rule and accelerated life of RV reducer.

    Abstract: A device and method for enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal based on a multistage AO partial denitrification coupled with Anammox process in combination with a sludge hydrolytic acidification mixture belong to the technical field of active sludge method wastewater treatment. A system includes a water tank, a water pump, a biochemical reaction zone, a hydrolytic acidification tank and other devices. A multistage AO step-feed pipeline is used to inject raw water into the reaction zone in a segmented manner, guaranteeing efficient utilization of organic matter in the raw water; biofilm carriers are added into an anaerobic zone and anoxic zones to enrich anammox bacteria, and nitrite nitrogen produced by partial denitrification provides a substrate for the anammox bacteria to realize autotrophic nitrogen removal; a nitrification and phosphorus accumulating bacteria aerobic phosphorus uptake are performed in aerobic zones; and part of excess sludge in a secondary sedimentation tank enters the hydrolytic acidification tank to convert macromolecular organic matter into low molecular weight organic matter, a hydrolytic acidification mixture and the excess sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank synchronously flow back to the anaerobic zone, and as a high-quality carbon source, the low molecular weight organic matter can promote partial denitrification. The system provides a novel method for efficient and energy-saving treatment of municipal wastewater.
