    Abstract: A structure for sealing a button-type lithium cell includes a cell cover, a sealing ring and a cell casing. The cell cover includes an overlapping structure. The overlapping structure includes a first overlapping portion, a second overlapping portion and a third overlapping portion and the third overlapping portion includes a locking portion and a sealing portion. The cell casing includes a sealing structure. The sealing structure includes a first sealing portion, a second sealing portion, a third sealing portion and a fourth sealing portion. The first overlapping portion abuts against the fourth sealing portion through the sealing ring, the second overlapping portion abuts against the third sealing edge through the sealing ring, the locking portion of the third overlapping portion abuts against the second sealing edge through the sealing ring, and the sealing portion of the third overlapping portion abuts against the first sealing edge through the sealing ring.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a process for one-step preparing electrolyte used for lithium-iron(II) disulfide batteries. The process includes the following steps of: adding iodine-containing precursors into an organic solvent in an inert atmosphere, homogeneously stirring, then adding lithium-containing precursors, stirring and reacting, separating solids to obtain an electrolyte used for lithium-iron(II) disulfide batteries. The process involves one-step synthesizing electrolyte used for lithium-iron(II) disulfide batteries. The whole procedures do not introduce water and have a lower cost. The lithium-iron(II) disulfide batteries prepared by using the electrolyte prepared by the process of the present invention have better properties.

    Abstract: A cell control board includes a switch device, a detection device, a communication device, and a control device connected with each of the switch device, the detection device and the communication device. The switch device has a first terminal and a second terminal respectively as a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal of the cell control board. Each of the switch device and the detection device can be connected with a cell of a battery pack, and the detection device can detect cell information of the cell. The control device is configured to: transmit the cell information to a battery pack controller through the communication device; receive control instructions therefrom; and control the switch device to adjust, based on the control instructions, connection of the cell with the remaining cells of the battery pack through the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal.

    Abstract: A bracket is applicable to a battery module including multiple cells. The bracket includes a base and multiple positioning devices. The base is provided with multiple placement grooves spaced apart from each other and arranged in an array, and has multiple arrangement areas spaced apart from each other. Each of the placement grooves has an outer periphery surrounded by ones of the arrangement areas, and the cells are capable of being inserted respectively into the plurality of placement grooves. The positioning devices are arranged respectively in the arrangement areas. Each of the positioning devices includes one or more elastic structures, and each of the elastic structures is configured to abut against an outer periphery of one of the cells.

    Abstract: A battery includes a housing, a cell, a first cover assembly, and a second cover assembly. The housing is internally provided with a receiving chamber. The cell is mounted in the receiving chamber. The first cover assembly includes a first body and an electrode connector. The sidewall of the first body is welded to the sidewall of the housing. The second cover assembly includes a second body. The sidewall of the second body is welded to the sidewall of the housing. The opening at one of the two ends of the housing is plugged by the first cover assembly. The opening at the other of the two ends is plugged by the second cover assembly. The cell is provided with two tabs. One of the two tabs is connected to the electrode connector. The other of the two tabs is connected to the second body.

    Abstract: The present application provides a bracket and a cell contact system assembly. The bracket includes a bracket body, an elastic member and a position-limiting member. A fixed end of the elastic member and a fixed end of the position-limiting member are assembled on the bracket body. The position-limiting member, the elastic member and the bracket body enclose to define a position-limiting space. An end of the elastic member away from the fixed end of the elastic member is a free end. An end of the position-limiting member away from the fixed end of the position-limiting member is a position-limiting end. A guiding opening defined between the free end of the elastic member and the position-limiting end of the position-limiting member is communicated with the position-limiting space. The guiding opening has a size being adjusted by changing a degree of deformation of the free end of the elastic member.
