摘要： Methods and apparatus for adjusting the position of a printing screen having a center of rotation mounted on a screen frame for use in screen printing processes are disclosed. The apparatus includes a screen frame with a printing screen mounted thereon, a screen frame holder, a plurality of first arcuate guides mounted on the screen frame defining an arc with a predetermined circumference defined by a predetermined radius, a plurality of guide rollers mounted on the screen frame holder and corresponding to the plurality of first arcuate guides whereby the plurality of guide rollers movably supports the plurality of first arcuate guides and an adjustment mechanism adapted to urge the screen frame around the center of rotation of the printing screen.

摘要： In a method for manufacturing a master disc for optical discs, patterns to be displayed on the disc are classified into a main object and a background. The background is commonly assigned as the background pattern for glittering rainbow colors by diffracted light reflected from dummy pits of diffraction gratings or a hologram. The main object is individually assigned as the main object pattern of a diffused reflection portion or mirror surface. The manufacturing method comprises one group of steps for forming the common background pattern and the other group of steps for forming the individual main object pattern in the common background pattern. A development substrate for the master disc is formed by using a mask disc in a first light-exposure of a photoresist layer thereof and by using a displaying-pattern mask in a first light-exposure of the photoresist layer. The individual main object pattern is drawn in the common background pattern of the master disc by using a laser-marking or an etching. The mask disc and displaying-pattern mask can be used repeatedly as families for the background and main object patterns so as to facilitate the replication of the optical discs.

摘要： The invention provides a ceramic conveyor belt assembly including a plurality of first conveyor belt parts, each comprising front and rear transverse bars and left and right longitudinal bars connecting the transverse bars, and pins located on the front and rear transverse bars and extending laterally therefrom. Further, there exists a plurality of second conveyor belt parts in the shape of a columnar member, each having a keyhole shaped so as to conform with the corresponding portion of the transverse bars. This ceramic conveyor belt is excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance, unlikely to form rust and less likely to undergo loss in strength even at high temperature. In case some parts fail, they can be easily replaced by new parts.

摘要： An optical recording method comprising steps of forming a groove on a surface of a recording medium, such as a recording disk, by projecting a write beam, such as a laser beam, onto the surface of the recording medium, and wobbling the write beam in a direction perpendicular to the groove to be formed, whereby the write beam is wobbled on the surface of the recording medium with a period of deviation not greater than one half of the diameter of the spot of the write beam. The groove formed by the present invention has a width greater than the diameter of the write beam and sharp edges for providing satisfactory characteristics in recording and reproducing.

摘要： An apparatus for recording pits and grooves on the surface of a recording medium such as an optical disk in which the pits and grooves are formed by separate light sources, thereby providing accurate control over the dimensions of both the pits and grooves. Light beams of separate wavelengths suitable for forming the pits and grooves are passed through respective optical modulators and continuously variable beam expanders, and then combined and applied through a focusing lens to the recording medium. A beam monitor and a focus monitor receive part of the light reflected from the surface of the disk to control the focus and beam size conditions.

摘要： A plurality of semiconductor integrated circuit devices are mounted on a film carrier. First electrical connecting sections and first electrical wiring sections for electrically connecting the first electrical connecting sections to the semiconductor integrated circuit devices are provided on the film carrier. Second and third electrical connecting sections and second electrical wiring sections are provided on a film-like probe for electrical characteristic test. The second electrical connecting sections are provided in position corresponding to the first electrical connecting sections of the film carrier. The third electrical connecting sections are used to supply electrical signals to the exterior or derive an electrical signal to the exterior and check the electrical signal. The second electrical wiring sections electrically connects the second and third electrical connecting sections to each other. When the test is effected, the film-like probe and the film carrier are superposed on each other so as to set the second electrical connecting sections of the film-like probe into contact with the first electrical connecting sections of the film carrier. The electrical characteristic test of the semiconductor integrated circuit devices are effected by supplying electrical signals necessary for the electrical characteristic test of the semiconductor integrated circuit devices from the exterior via the third electrical connecting sections or deriving the electrical signals to the exterior and checking the electrical signals.
