Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for preparing powder by depositing nano metal, alloy, ceramic particles that are excellent in size uniformity, on a surface of the powder that is a base, using a vacuum deposition method. In particular, the present invention provides a method and device for preparing the powder on which the nano metal, alloy, and ceramic particles of a very uniform size are deposited, by simultaneously performing deposition and agitation using an effective agitation means for solving a disadvantage of a conventional method where deposition and agitation are separately performed. Also, the present invention provides a method and device for preparing the powder on which nano particles are deposited, in which a nano characteristic is kept by preventing a coalescence phenomenon of nano particles even when a deposition time for increasing contents of the nano particles increases in their preparation.
Abstract:
A touch screen device and method for displaying and selecting menus thereof are provided. The touch screen device includes a screen with a display for displaying menu images thereon and a detector for detecting a touch on a screen, and a controller which displays one or more menu bars on the screen. Each of the menu bars may have an expanded portion at one end thereof, and the menu bars may be displayed such that the expanded portions are arranged in a zigzag pattern to facilitate menu selection and reduce input errors. When two or more menu bars are erroneously touched, the controller may enlarge and display the touched menus so that a new touch input for the correct menu can be easily made. Thus, menus displayed on the touch screen may be arranged for easy selection, and input errors may be easily corrected.
Abstract:
A refrigerator including an auxiliary receiving chamber is disclosed. The refrigerator includes a main body having a storage chamber, and a door which opens or closes the storage chamber and has a receiving space formed at a back side of the door. The door includes an auxiliary storage area having an opening to store goods, an auxiliary receiving chamber disposed in the auxiliary storage area to move back and forth, an auxiliary door to open or close the opening, and an opening/closing member to extract or retract the auxiliary receiving chamber.
Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device and a method for forming the same. The method includes forming an insulating layer on a semiconductor substrate having a conductive region, forming a contact hole that exposes the conductive region by etching the insulating layer, forming a barrier metal layer that covers a sidewall and a bottom of the contact hole, and forming a contact plug in the contact hole by interposing the barrier metal layer therebetween. An etching process may be preformed that recesses the barrier metal layer and the contact plug in such a manner that a top surface of the contact plug protrudes upward beyond a top surface of the barrier metal layer. A capping plug may be formed covering the recessed barrier metal layer and the recessed contact plug. A capacitor may be formed on the capping plug.
Abstract:
A touch screen device and an operating method thereof are provided. The touch screen device is operated by touching a touch screen and moving a touch while the touch is maintained on the screen. A detector detects a touch point and a moving trajectory, and a controller selects a user command based on the detected touch point and moving trajectory. Then, when the user releases the touch, the controller executes the user command. User commands are classified and stored in a storage device and then executed by the controller based on operation modes associated with the device. A variety of user commands may be executed even though not all the menus are not displayed on the screen at once. Further, a user may cancel an erroneously entered user command quickly and easily.
Abstract:
A touch screen device and operating method thereof are provided. The touch screen device includes a screen including a display configured to display images thereon and a detector configured to detect a user touch and movement thereof, a storage device configured to store image information corresponding to the movement, and a controller configured to retrieve and display an image corresponding to the detected drag. The image may include at least one of a trace image representing a moving trajectory, an icon image, or a text image.
Abstract:
A touch screen device and an operating method thereof are provided. More specifically, a touch screen device is provided which allows a user to selectively restrict input through a touch screen. The touch screen device includes a screen that includes a display configured to display images thereon and a detector configured to detect a touch on the display and convert the touch into an electrical signal, and a controller configured to cause images to be displayed on the display and receive and process signals from the detector. Further, a user may determine whether the controller is operated according to the signal input into the detector. The determination may be made either by a switch separately installed on an earphone or by inputting a signal into the detector by a user.
Abstract:

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a system and method for providing a packet network-based MRBT service. In the method, when an originating MSC (110) requests call termination location information from an HLR (120), the HLR transmits an MRBT service request message, including a calling number and a called number, to an MRBT server (140). The MRBT server returns an MRBT service response message, including URL of MRBT content, to the HLR. The HLR transmits a call termination location information response message to the originating MSC, with MRBT service ID information and called party MRBT content URL information included in the call termination location information response message. The originating MSC (110) transmits called party MRBT content URL information to an originating MS (100) on a basis of the MRBT service ID information. The originating MS accesses the MRBT content URL, downloads relevant MRBT content, and plays and stores the MRBT content.
