    摘要: A method of lifting off includes forming a first material layer on a substrate; forming a photoresist pattern including first and second holes and on the first material layer; patterning the first material layer using the photoresist pattern as a patterning mask to form a material pattern having first and second grooves within the material pattern, the first and second grooves corresponding to the first and second holes, respectively; forming a second material layer on an entire surface of the substrate including the photoresist pattern and the first and second grooves; and removing the photoresist pattern and the second material layer on the photoresist pattern at the same time, wherein a portion of the material pattern between the first and second grooves and portions of the material pattern at sides of the first and second grooves constitute a line as a whole.

    摘要: A TFT array substrate is fabricated in a reduced number of processes. The TFT array substrate includes gate and data pads with enlarged contact areas to facilitate contact with an inspecting pin of an inspection device. An LCD incorporating the TFT array substrate is inspected by contacting the inspecting pin to the gate and data pads. The TFT array substrate includes first, second, and third conductive pattern groups. The first conductive pattern group includes a gate electrode, a gate line, and a lower gate pad electrode. The second conductive pattern group includes source and drain electrodes, a data line, and a lower data pad electrode. The third conductive pattern group includes a pixel electrode, and upper gate and data pad electrodes. A semiconductor pattern is along and beneath the second conductive pattern group. Gate insulating and protective film patterns are at areas not occupied by the third conductive pattern group.

A method for transmitting a note between users in a groupware service system environment within cyberspace based on an Internet network includes: accessing, by a user, a web server of a groupware service system via the Internet to log on to the system; and performing e-mail-style multimedia note transmission service having a source editing function to send, at one time, a multimedia note to other users in a group to which the user belongs. Therefore, information can be transmitted and received in real time, as in an instant messaging program, a large-quantity of information can be sent to a group to which a user belongs, and spam mail can be effectively blocked.
