    Abstract: Disclosed is a system for filtering fluids comprising a primary filter (2) having at least one filter element that can be penetrated in one direction during the filtration process and can he penetrated in the opposite direction for a backflushing process, further comprising an aftertreatment device (36) which is mounted downstream of the priniaty filter (2) in order for the backflushed quantities discharged by the primary filter to be processed and which includes at least one filter chamber (11) that holds the backflushed quantities and has a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet and at least one aftertreatment filter element (19), and comprising a control device (9) for delivering one portion of the backflushed quantity at a time to the associated aftertreatment filter element (19).

    Abstract: A filter device for fluids, in particular for low viscosity fluids such as water, includes a filter housing (1) in which element holders (31) are provided for a plurality of filter elements (21). Filter medium (35) of each filter element in the filter housing (1) separates an unfiltered side (5) from a clean side (7). The filter housing (1) can be opened for inserting and removing the filter elements (21). A carrier in the form of a basket (19) is provided for the filter elements (21). The basket can be inserted into and removed from the filter housing (1). The filter elements (21) can be releasably secured at the basket.

    Abstract: A filter device has a filter housing (1) having a fluid inlet (11) for unfiltered matter, a fluid outlet (19) for filtered matter and at least one filter element (7, 9) of one or more parts accommodated in the filter housing (1). The filter element can be cleaned using at least one backwash element (21) in counter current to the direction of filtration. The backwash element can be moved by a fluid-conveying drive shaft (20) of a rotary drive at the inside (17) of the relevant filter element (7, 9). At the end adjacent to this inside (17), a gap-shaped passage opening is parallel to the axis of rotation (16) of the drive shaft (20) and opens into a flow chamber connected to the drive shaft (20) in a fluid-conveying manner. The distance between the backwash element (21) and the adjacent assignable filter element (7, 9) can be predetermined by an adjustment device (27; 47).

    Abstract: A filter device for cleaning particulate contaminants from a fluid flow, includes a plurality of filter elements (34, 60) accommodated in filter chambers (12, 14, 32) as components of a joint filter housing (10) and grouped around a backwash device (20) having a piston accumulator (56) for receiving a backwash fluid. In the storage housing (64) of the piston accumulator, a piston (57) is guided in a longitudinally movable manner, is controlled by a pressure medium, and passes on the backwash fluid stored in the storage housing (64) on to at least one filter element (60) to be backwashed for cleaning purposes via a backwash device (20). The backwash device also discharges the backwash fluid from the filter device. A specific filter element as a bypass filter element (34) is selected from the plurality of filter elements (34, 60), and exclusively removes particles after a changeover device (18) has been actuated, while the other filter elements (60) are excluded from this removal process.

    Abstract: A filter device (10) includes a filter element (12) in a filter housing (14) with fluid connection points (16, 18) for the non-filtrate and filtrate. Fluid can be passed through the filter element in both directions for filtrating the non-filtrate or for backwashing for cleaning particle contaminations (72). A pressure control (36) generates a post-suctioning effect to improve the cleaning of the particle contaminations (72). The filter device (10) is designed as a one filter-element solution. In a predetermined exchange, the single filter element (12) for filtering can be used for backwashing or can be backwashed using the pressure control device (36). A hydraulic system (64) and a method for backwashing a filter element (12) of a filter device (10) is provided.
