Abstract:
Provided is a PSA sheet formed by co-extrusion of a PSA layer and a layer (release layer) releasable from the PSA layer, wherein the PSA layer comprises an acrylic polymer as its base polymer. A PSA sheet 10 comprises a middle layer 12 that comprises an acrylic block copolymer as its base polymer and is adhesive at 23° C., a release layer 14 that is laminated on a first face 12A of the middle layer 12 and is releasable from the middle layer, and a non-releasing layer 16 that is laminated on a second face 12B of the middle layer 12 and is non-releasable relative to the middle layer. The non-releasing layer 16 may be adhesive or non-adhesive at 23° C.

A PSA sheet 10 comprising a PSA layer 12 comprising an acrylic block copolymer as its base polymer, an RA layer 14 laminated on a first face 12A of the PSA layer 12, an RB layer 16 laminated on a second face 12B of the PSA layer 12, with these layers having been co-extruded. Both the RA layer 14 and the RB layer 16 are releasable from the PSA layer 12.
Abstract:
Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that expresses a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend. The adhesion of the novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in its production process is controlled so as to be moderately weak. Accordingly, a peeling failure and the occurrence of a wrinkle are sufficiently suppressed, and hence stable product supply is performed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; each of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier; a ratio R1/R2 of a content (R1) of the tackifier in the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) to a content (R2) of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 0.90 to 1.10; and the content of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 5 wt % or more.
Abstract:
Provided is the following base material for a surface protective sheet. The slipping property of the back surface of the sheet is moderately excellent, and scratches in the surface of an adherend laminated to contact the back surface of the sheet can be suppressed. Also provided is a surface protective sheet containing such base material for a surface protective sheet. The base material for a surface protective sheet of the present invention is a base material for a surface protective sheet including a base material layer (A), in which: at least one surface of the base material for a surface protective sheet is the surface of the base material layer (A); the base material layer (A) contains a polyolefin-based resin as a main component; the base material layer (A) contains polymer fine particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 20 μm at a content of 0.1 to 20 wt % with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin-based resin; the surface of the base material layer (A) has a surface roughness Ra of 0.15 to 0.60 μm; and the surface of the base material layer (A) has a coefficient of dynamic friction (I) with respect to an aluminum plate of 0.35 to 1.00.
Abstract:
Provided are a laminated film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape each of which is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire laminated film or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below capable of protecting the uneven surface of a member having unevenness on its surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the member. In addition, even upon deformation of the member protected with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by, for example, lamination or continuous winding, the uneven shape does not deform and a base material layer in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is not damaged, and further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below. When a prism sheet having multiple triangle pole-shaped prisms fixed on its surface is used as the above-mentioned member having unevenness on its surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape functions as a surface protective film capable of effectively protecting a lens surface, and brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the prism sheet. In addition, when the prism sheet protected with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is brought into a state such as a laminated state or a continuously wound state, the emergence of irregularity (indentation) in the external appearance of the prism sheet to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is attached can be suppressed. A laminated film of the present invention is a laminated film including a base material layer, a roughness-expressing layer, and a fine unevenness-erasing layer in the stated order, in which: the base material layer contains a thermoplastic resin; the roughness-expressing layer contains at least one kind of a resin component (A) selected from polyethylenes, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, propylene-based polymers, and olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers; the fine unevenness-erasing layer contains a thermoplastic resin (B); an arithmetic average surface roughness Ra on the surface on the side of the fine unevenness-erasing layer is 1.0 μm to 3.0 μm; and the haze value of the laminated film is 30% or less.
