Provided is a re-peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a surface protecting material for an adherend having a photocatalytic layer, comprising: a (meth)acryl-based polymer including, as monomer units, 50 to 99.9% by weight of (A) at least one acrylate-based monomer represented by the general formula (1): CH2═CR1COOR2 wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R2 represents an alkyl group having 2 to 14 carbon atoms, 0.1 to 10% by weight of (B) a functional-group-containing vinyl-based monomer, and 0 to 49.9% by weight of (C) a vinyl-based monomer copolymerizable with the component (A) and/or the component (B); and (D) a surfactant having a molecular weight of 150 to 5000, the amount of the component (D) being from 0.01 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the (meth)acryl-based polymer. The re-peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is excellent in re-peeling property, contact-angle-recoverability, and weather resistance.

Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that expresses a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend. The adhesion of the novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in its production process is controlled so as to be moderately weak. Accordingly, a peeling failure and the occurrence of a wrinkle are sufficiently suppressed, and hence stable product supply is performed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; each of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier; a ratio R1/R2 of a content (R1) of the tackifier in the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) to a content (R2) of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 0.90 to 1.10; and the content of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 5 wt % or more.

Provided are a laminated film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape each of which is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire laminated film or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below capable of protecting the uneven surface of a member having unevenness on its surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the member. In addition, even upon deformation of the member protected with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by, for example, lamination or continuous winding, the uneven shape does not deform and a base material layer in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is not damaged, and further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below. When a prism sheet having multiple triangle pole-shaped prisms fixed on its surface is used as the above-mentioned member having unevenness on its surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape functions as a surface protective film capable of effectively protecting a lens surface, and brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the prism sheet. A laminated film of the present invention is a laminated film including a base material layer, a roughness-expressing layer, and a fine unevenness-erasing layer in the stated order, in which: the base material layer contains a thermoplastic resin; the roughness-expressing layer contains at least one kind of a resin component (A) selected from polyethylenes, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, propylene-based polymers, and olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers; the fine unevenness-erasing layer contains a thermoplastic resin (B); an arithmetic average surface roughness Ra on the surface on the side of the fine unevenness-erasing layer is 1.0 μm to 3.0 μm; and the haze value of the laminated film is 30% or less.

The surface protection sheet is characterized in that the base layer, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and back treatment layer have been integrally formed by coextrusion molding and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a noncrystalline polyolefin elastomer in an amount of 50 wt. % or larger.

Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a moderately weak adhesion during a time period from a production process (during its production) to the time of the accomplishment of the product as a result of the completion of the production (immediately after the production). Accordingly, the occurrence of a peeling trace, the occurrence of a peeling sound, and the like resulting from strong adherence of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a roll or the like at the time of the production can be sufficiently suppressed. As a result, stable product supply can be performed. On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can express a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend after a lapse of a predetermined time from the production (e.g., at the time of its use). The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) contains a tackifier at a content of 12 wt % or more; the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier at a content of 10 wt % or less; and the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape immediately after the production for a stainless plate measured in conformity with JIS Z 0237 (2000) is 0.7 N/20 mm or less.
