摘要: Lubricating oil supply holes are drilled into a first member that is fitted to a plurality of first annular plates by a spline. Of splines to which each lubricating oil supply hole corresponds, lubricating oil grooves provided in the plurality of first annular plates do not overlap the splines on at least one of the front and rear surfaces of the first annular plates, and therefore lubricating oil flowing out of the lubricating oil supply holes is dispersed in a circumferential direction and flows from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the first annular plates, rather than gathering in each lubricating oil groove and flowing in an outer peripheral direction. As a result, a force generated by an axial lubricating oil flow, which acts in a direction for causing the second annular plates to contact friction materials on the first annular plates, is suppressed, leading to a reduction in drag torque.

摘要: An automatic transmission includes first and second clutches disposed adjacent, wherein each of the first and second clutches includes a friction plate; a clutch drum in spline engagement with the friction plate; a piston that with the clutch drum forms a hydraulic oil chamber therebetween; a return spring that biases the piston toward the hydraulic oil chamber side; and a cancel plate that is disposed on a side opposite the hydraulic oil chamber of the piston to form a cancel oil chamber that cancels outs a centrifugal hydraulic pressure that acts on the hydraulic oil chamber, and that receives a reaction force of the return spring.

摘要: To improve a convenience in assembling a rotor of an electric motor of a power transmission unit comprising the electric motor and a transmission mechanism.For this purpose, in the power transmission unit comprising an electric motor 2 having a rotor 13 arranged on an inner circumference of a stator 12 and concentrically with the stator 12 and a transmission mechanism 1 for transmitting power, a portion of a predetermined constructional element 7 of the transmission mechanism 1 protrudes toward the stator 12 or the rotor 13 side coaxially with the stator 12 or the rotor 13. The rotor 13 is loosely fitted onto an outer circumferential face of the protruding portion 7, and a clearance C is created between an outer circumferential face of the protruding portion 7 and an inner circumferential face of the rotor 13 into which a guide sleeve for guiding the rotor 13 in an axial direction is inserted.

摘要: A hybrid drive device having an engine coupling shaft member, a speed change mechanism, a rotating electrical machine, and an engine connecting clutch. A first lubricating oil passage scatters lubricating oil from radially inside to radially outside of first and second friction plates. A first one-way clutch is interposed between an engine coupling shaft member and a coupling member, and is configured to not be engaged when rotation of the engine coupling shaft member becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. A second one-way clutch is configured not to be engaged when rotation of the rotating electrical machine becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. An engine driven oil pump generates an oil pressure to be supplied by a driving force of the internal combustion engine or a driving force of the rotating electrical machine regardless of engagement or disengagement of the engine connecting clutch.

摘要: A hybrid drive system includes an input shaft of an automatic transmission, a clutch, an intermediate shaft, and a first gear disposed on a first shaft coaxial with an engine output shaft. An electric motor and a second gear provided on an output shaft of the electric motor are disposed on a second shaft. A rotation of the engine output shaft is transmitted to the input shaft through the clutch and the intermediate shaft, and a rotation of the electric motor is transmitted to the input shaft through the second gear and the first gear. The intermediate shaft is supported by a first support wall through a bearing. The clutch is disposed between the intermediate shaft and the engine output shaft, and a front side of the input shaft is rotatably supported by a second support wall, and connected to a rear side of the intermediate shaft through a spline.

摘要: A hybrid drive device including an electric motor; an automatic transmission; a lubricating oil passage to which a lubricating oil pressure is supplied; and a switching valve that is switched between a first state where the lubricating oil passage communicates with a first lubricating oil passage that guides lubricating oil to the automatic transmission, and a second state where the lubricating oil passage communicates with a second lubricating oil passage that guides the lubricating oil to the electric motor. The electric motor and an internal combustion engine output shaft are operable in conjunction with the automatic transmission. The switching valve is switched from the first state to the second state when a vehicle is in a stationary state or running at a speed of a predetermined value or less including the stationary state of the vehicle.

摘要: A hybrid drive device including an electric motor; an automatic transmission; a first oil passage; and a second oil passage branched from the first oil passage and that guides the oil to a friction element that is engaged for establishment of a speed in the automatic transmission. An orifice is provided in the first oil passage downstream of the second oil passage. A switching valve for the friction element is provided in the second oil passage to be switched between communicated and blocked states. A hydraulic servo for the friction element is supplied with a hydraulic pressure to control the friction element between engaged, disengaged, and slip states. The switching valve includes a control oil chamber that communicates with the hydraulic servo, and is switched into the blocked state when the friction element is disengaged and into the communicated state when the friction element is engaged or the slip state.

A radial outer end of the opposing extension surface is more radially inward than, and overlaps with, the coil end, with a radial space between the radial outer end and the coil end. The discharge-side surface is disposed more toward the second axial direction than the radial outer end of the opposing extension surface.
