Abstract: A composite molded article in which another material is integrated on a face having grooves in a grooved resin molded article having grooves in which end parts of a fibrous inorganic filler protrude and are exposed from lateral faces of the grooves on a surface side in at least the insides of the grooves. Exposure of the end parts of the fibrous inorganic filler and formation of the grooves may be accomplished by laser irradiation, and the depth of the grooves may be at least 200 μm. Another molded article comprising the other material is arranged surrounding the fibrous inorganic filler in the insides of the grooves.

Abstract: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition characterized by comprising a polyarylene sulfide resin, and an olefinic copolymer comprising an α-olefin-derived structural unit and an α,β-unsaturated acid glycidyl ester-derived structural unit, wherein the olefinic copolymer content is at least 1.0 parts by mass and less than 5.0 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyarylene sulfide resin, a melt viscosity of the polyarylene sulfide resin measured at 310° C. and a shear rate of 1216 sec−1 is at least 70 Pa·s and at most 300 Pa·s, and a flow length for a width of 20 mm and a thickness of 1 mm, at a cylinder temperature of 320° C., an injection pressure of 100 MPa and a mold temperature of 150° C., is at least 80 mm and at most 200 mm.

Abstract: A polyacetal resin composition which, when formed into a molded article, minimizes degradation caused by contact with a fuel. Component contains magnesium oxide and/or zinc oxide, and component is one or more of general formulae (1) to (3). In these general formulae, X represents (C2H4O)m(C3H6O)nH, and m and n are each an integer of 0 or higher. In addition, R1 is an alkyl group having 12-18 carbon atoms, and R2 is an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms.

Abstract: A production method for a polyacetal copolymer that makes deactivation of a catalyst simple and efficient and that achieves a high polymerization yield and high quality using equipment that does not require a cleaning step and a process that involves a simple operation technique. The production method for a polyacetal copolymer uses trioxane as a main monomer and a cyclic ether and/or a cyclic formal having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer. In the production method, a predetermined heteropoly acid is used as a polymerization catalyst to perform copolymerization, a predetermined salt is added to the reaction product, melt kneading processing is performed, and the polymerization catalyst is deactivated.

Abstract: A cyclic olefin resin film which has heat resistance and improved brittleness. A heat-resistant transparent film which has an internal haze value of 1.0% or less and contains a cyclic olefin resin having a refractive index of n1 and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 170° C. or more and a styrene elastomer that has a refractive index of n2 so that Δn=|n2−n1| is 0.012 or less. The heat-resistant transparent film may contain two or more kinds of styrene elastomers, and the cyclic olefin resin may be a copolymer of norbornene and ethylene.

Abstract: A high-quality polyacetal copolymer produced by a simple process in an economical manner. The process includes supplying a raw material including trioxane and the like to a reaction device; setting the polymerization environmental temperature to no more than 100° C. until the reaction device conversion rate becomes 0.5, and then carrying out further polymerization; vaporizing and separating unreacted monomers from the reaction mixture at an environmental temperature of at least 115° C. and less than 140° C.; supplying the separated monomers to the raw material supply; and recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction mixture.
