The off-chip driver circuit is connected to the voltage adjust signal and has an output signal transition slew rate that varies in response to the voltage level of the voltage adjust signal. The circuit is also connected to the voltage adjust signal and includes a filter circuit having a time constant that adjusts the noise immunity of the receiver in response to the voltage level of the voltage adjust signal.

    摘要： An improved sense circuit for determining the data state of a memory cell in a multilevel storage system is disclosed. The sense circuit includes at least two differential voltage level sensing circuits. A first differential voltage level sensing circuit compares the relative magnitudes of a data input signal voltage level corresponding to a particular memory cell charge level and a first reference voltage level, thereby providing at least one first binary data output signal. The first binary data output signal is then used to generate a second reference voltage level having a magnitude different from that of the first reference voltage level. A second differential voltage sensing level circuit compares the relative magnitudes of an adjusted data input signal voltage level and a second reference voltage level, thereby providing at least one second binary data output signal. The adjusted data input signal corresponds to a function of the first data input signal. Hence, the binary data output signals provided correspond to the charge level stored in the memory cell.

    摘要： A method and apparatus for determining a plurality of substances or constituents of a specimen sample includes the steps of placing a single specimen sample in a reaction vessel or test tube and adding at least two reagents to the reaction vessel to form a detectable product and then initiating a reaction within the vessel and provide an emission of light energy in a predetermined spectral range. The reaction vessel is disposed in a chamber of a housing and a plurality of detector assemblies are disposed about the housing with portions of the detector assemblies disposed through the housing and exposed to the reaction vessel. Each of the detector assemblies receives a portion of the light emission and feeds such portion to a detector. Each of the detectors detect the existence of light emissions in one of a plurality of spectral ranges and feeds that information to processing circuitry to provide data for determining the presence of a specific specimen substance(s) or constituent(s) based upon the detected luminescence.
