    Abstract: Described herein are bioreactor chambers and systems thereof. In an embodiment, a single-plate symmetrical bioreactor chamber is described, comprising: a flow channel extending along a first axis, wherein the flow channel comprises an inlet and an outlet at opposing ends of 5 the flow channel; a pair of struts on opposing ends of a second axis, wherein the second axis is substantially perpendicular to the first axis, wherein each strut of the pair of struts are placed on opposing sides of the flow channel, wherein the struts are configured to be coupled to a bidirectional linear actuator and configured to provide a strain perpendicular to a fluid flow through the flow channel, wherein the strain does not laterally displace cells present in the flow channel.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a glaucoma drainage implant assembly. The assembly may include a drainage implant tube defining a lumen there through defining a fluid channel between an anterior chamber of an eye and a region outside of the sclera of the eye; a closure disposed at a position outside the anterior chamber of the eye, the closure configured to preclude fluid flow from the anterior chamber of the eye to the region outside of the sclera of the eye; and a shunt received within the drainage implant tube, between the end of the drainage implant tube in the anterior chamber of the eye and the closure, where the shunt is configured to permit fluid flow from the anterior chamber of the eye, through the drainage implant tube, and out of the drainage implant tube external to the sclera of the eye through the shunt.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes system and methods for determination of building code performance. One such method comprises performing design model validation, wherein design model validation comprises entering building permit application file information and checking the building permit application file information against relevant codes and regulations, using a taxonomy or neural natural language processing techniques or artificial Intelligence; performing exchange model code checking, wherein exchange model code checking comprises using a plurality of exchange models; performing code conformance checking, wherein the code conformance checking comprises receiving a request from the exchange models and passing the building permit application file information to code checking modules configured to check building code provisions and one or more regulations per local, state, national or international requirements; performing verification reporting based on input provided from the code checking modules; and performing results reporting based on findings of the verification reporting. Other methods and systems are also provided.
