The cover glass of the present invention is a cover glass comprising a glass plate and a layer containing a fluorinated polymer having units based on a fluoroolefin, on at least one surface of the glass plate, which has an average visible reflectance of from 10 to 100%, and an average near infrared transmittance of from 20 to 100%.

Abstract: To provide a decorative film in which swelling of a layer containing a fluorinated polymer is suppressed and adhesion of the layer containing the fluorinated polymer is excellent; and a method for producing a three-dimensional molded product provided with a decorative film. The decorative film is characterized by comprising a base film containing a plasticizer; a first layer containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of a polyvinylidene fluoride, a polymethyl methacrylate and a polyurethane; and a second layer containing a fluorinated polymer comprising units based on a fluoroolefin and units based on at least one type of non-fluorinated monomer selected from the group consisting of a vinyl ether, a vinyl ester, an allyl ether and an allyl ester, in this order; wherein the water contact angle of the surface on the first layer side of the second layer is larger than the water contact angle on the second layer side of the first layer, and the difference between the water contact angle of the surface on the first layer side of the second layer and the water contact angle of the surface on the second layer side of the first layer is more than 0° and at most 50°.

applying a powder coating material containing a fluorinated polymer and containing no pigment to a surface of the first coating layer, to form a second coating layer composed of the powder coating material, and
heating the first coating layer and the second coating layer simultaneously to form a coating film on the surface of the substrate.-

The anti-biofouling coating material of the present invention is an anti-biofouling coating material to be applied to the surface of an article in order to prevent adhesion of organisms, which comprises a polymer F being a fluorinated polymer containing units based on a fluoroolefin, and a polymer G being a polymer containing units based on a (meth)acrylate having a polyoxyalkylene chain.

The powder coating material of the present invention comprises a powder component containing a fluorinated copolymer which has repeating units based on a fluoroolefin and repeating units based on a monomer having no fluorine atom and which has a fluorine content of at least 10 mass %, and a plasticizer-covered luster pigment, wherein the plasticizer has a melting point of from 30 to 200° C. and a molecular weight of from 200 to 1,000 and which has from 1 to 4 ester groups in one molecule.

Abstract: A powder coating material capable of forming a coating film that is excellent in weather resistance, processability and impact resistance and that improves corrosion resistance of a substrate (in particular, a substrate made of aluminum or of an aluminum alloy), wherein the powder coating material contains a powder of a resin composition, wherein the resin composition contains a fluorinated polymer (A) having a number average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 50,000 and a fluorine content of at least 10 mass %, a resin (B) having a fluorine content of less than 10 mass % or containing no fluorine atom, a curing agent, a plasticizer having a melting point of from 50 to 150° C. and core-shell particles, and wherein the absolute value of the difference between the melting point of the plasticizer and the glass transition temperature of a polymer of a shell portion in the core-shell particles is within 30° C. and the content of the plasticizer is from 5 to 25 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the fluorinated polymer (A).
