Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a process that formulates an inference that a first group of mobile devices are at ground level, and obtains, for the first group of mobile devices, positions and barometric pressure readings. Ground heights with respect to a common reference height are determined for the first group of mobile devices, and reference barometric pressures are calculated for the first group of mobile devices, at the common reference height according to the barometric pressure readings and the determined ground heights. At least a portion of the reference barometric pressures are combined to obtain a reference barometric pressure. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a request to permit equipment of a subscriber of a mobile service provider that provides a subscribed service via a licensed frequency spectrum to access the subscribed service via a wireless access terminal according to an unlicensed frequency spectrum. A radio adapted to provide access to the subscribed service via the licensed frequency spectrum is identified, wherein the wireless access terminal resides within a coverage area of the identified radio. A current utilization of the identified radio is determined and a response to the request is generated according to the current utilization of the identified radio, wherein access to the subscribed service via the wireless access terminal is conditional according to the response to the request, resulting in conditional access. Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method that includes detecting events relating to user equipment on a communication network, collecting first event data including event times and locations, and collecting second event data regarding second event dimensions determined at least in part by the event type. The method also includes generating, for each of the event types, an event data structure associated with the user, based on the first event data and second event data. The event data structures are concatenated to generate an event history flow associated with the user; the event history flow is analyzed to identify causal events for a detected event. The method also includes generating a model for performance of the user equipment based on the causal events to predict a future event, and identifying potential adjustments to the communication network to prevent that event. The operations include: identifying a set of one or more graphs in a blockchain ledger, wherein each graph of the set of one or more graphs comprises a set of one or more nodes and a graph permission level, wherein each node in the set of one or more nodes comprises a unique identifier, a node permission level, data and zero or more edges, wherein each edge in the zero or more edges defines a relationship between the node and another node in the set of one or more nodes, wherein the node permission level defines a prerequisite to access the data, the node permission level, or the zero or more edges, and wherein the graph permission level defines a prerequisite to access the set of one or more nodes; receiving a request from equipment utilized by a user to access first data in one or more nodes in a first graph, comparing a user permission of the user to a first permission level of the first graph to ensure that the user permission meets or exceeds the first permission level; applying rules of a rules engine to ensure that the user permission meets or exceeds a second permission level defined by the rules; and providing security keys to the equipment utilized by the user responsive to the user permission meeting or exceeding the first permission level and the second permission level, wherein the security keys provide access to the first data. Each Node Processor represents a node of a group of nodes. The iteratively providing of the messages comprises providing first messages. Each first message includes a cost associated with a path of nodes visited by each first message. In addition, the method includes determining paths having common endpoints among a portion of the first messages, identifying a cost for each of the paths having common endpoints, identifying a lowest cost from among the group of common endpoint costs, identifying a selected path associated with the lowest cost. A next group of messages includes the selected path. The iteratively providing of the messages results in selected paths. Also, the method include determining a target path from a remaining path. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Determining a permission for a user equipment to connect to an access point based on the public/private status of the access point device is disclosed. The permission can be based on a historic user equipment density for an area comprising the location of the access point device. The permission can be further based on analysis of an access point device identifier. Analysis of the access point device identifier can be based on comparing a portion of the access point device identifier to a term associated with either a public status or a private status of the access point device. In an embodiment, the access point device identifier can be an SSID, such as for a Wi-Fi network, whereby the SSID can be parsed into keywords that can be compared to the term. Ranking and/or white/blacklisting can be performed based on the analysis of the access point device identifier.

Abstract: In one example, a processor receives a structured query, parses the structured query into components, and stores the structured query, the components, and at least one attribute regarding the structured query in a first query record of a query record storage platform, the at least one attribute comprising a user identification of a user generating the structured query. The processor may then receive a search associated with the query record storage platform, where the search includes at least one parameter, and where the at least one parameter specifies at least one of the structured query, at least one of the components, or at least one of the at least one attribute regarding the structured query, and return the first query record in response to the search.
