摘要: An electrically heated catalyst device includes a catalyst support including a ceramics, on which a catalyst is supported, a pair of surface electrodes disposed on an outer surface of the catalyst support, the surface electrodes being disposed opposite to each other and extending in an axial direction of the catalyst support, and a wiring line that externally supplies electric power to the surface electrodes, in which the catalyst support is electrically heated through the surface electrodes. A wrought member made of metal is buried in the surface electrodes, the wrought member extending in the axial direction of the catalyst support. With the configuration like this, the spreading of electric currents in the catalyst-support axis direction can be maintained even when cracks occur in the catalyst-support circumference direction in the surface electrodes.

摘要: A rotation/linear motion converting mechanism includes a shaft 1 having an external thread 1a on an outer circumferential surface, a nut 2 having an internal thread 2a on an inner circumferential surface, and a roller 3 arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 1 and the inner circumferential surface of the nut 2. The roller has a thread 3a threaded to the external thread 1a and the internal thread 2a. A spur gear 3b and a spur gear 3c are provided in portions of the roller 3. A spur gear 1b is provided in a portion of the shaft 1. The spur gear 1b is meshed with the spur gear 3b of the roller 3. Internal teeth 4a are provided in a portion of the nut 2. The internal teeth 4a are meshed with the spur gear 3 of the roller 3. This improves the lead accuracy of the shaft 1 when the nut 2 is rotated.

摘要: There is provided a rolling die and a method for forming a thread or worm and a spline having a small number of teeth whose number is thirteen or less simultaneously by rolling. By use of rolling dies, the formation of a worm by rolling by use of a thread rolling die starts, and after that, the formation of a spline having a small number of teeth by rolling starts by use of a spline rolling die while continuing the formation of the worm. Accordingly, a rolled material can be rolled forcibly by a driving source from the worm rolled using the thread rolling die. As a result, the spline having a small number of teeth whose number is thirteen or less can be formed by rolling onto the rolled material at the same time as the formation of the worm.

摘要: An electrode according to one aspect of the present invention is formed on a base material composed of a ceramics. The electrodes includes a matrix composed of an Ni—Cr alloy (with a Cr content of 20 to 60 wt. %) or an MCrAlY alloy (M is at least one material selected from Fe, Co and Ni), and a disperse phase that is dispersed in the matrix and composed of an oxide mineral having a laminated structure. The ratio of area occupied by the disperse phase in a cross section of the electrode is 40 to 80%. With the structure like this, it is possible to suppress the increase in the electrical resistance even after a thermal cycle is performed.
