    摘要: A coating/developing apparatus includes a process section including processing units to perform a series of processes for resist coating and development; an interface section disposed between the process section and immersion light exposure apparatus; and a drying section disposed in the interface section to dry the substrate immediately after the immersion light exposure process. The drying section includes a process container configured to accommodate the substrate, a substrate support member configured to place the substrate thereon, a temperature-adjusted gas supply mechanism configured to supply a temperature-adjusted gas into the process container, and an exhaust mechanism configured to exhaust the process container. The drying section is arranged to dry the substrate by supplying the temperature-adjusted gas into the process container with the substrate placed on the substrate support member, while exhausting the process container.

A photoelectric transducer 16A includes a conductive layer 2; a electrolytic layer 3 that is in contact with the conductive layer 2; a charge separating layer 4; a transparent conductive layer 5 and a metal lines 7, which are in contact with the charge separating layer 4; and convex lenses 8 converging incident light 15 on openings 20 provided between the metal lines 7, the incident light 15 being converged on the charge separating layer 4 by the convex lenses 8. Electrons generated by photoelectric conversion move to the exterior through an external circuit 17 having a low resistivity.

    摘要: An optical body includes a first optical layer, a second optical layer having an incident surface on which light is incident, and a reflecting layer sandwiched between the first and second optical layers, wherein the first optical layer includes a plurality of convex or concave structures formed on or in a surface thereof on which the reflecting layer is disposed, ridges of the convex structures or ridges between the concave structures adjacent to each other have tip portions projecting toward the incident surface side, the tip portions are deformed from an ideal shape, the second optical layer is transparent and has a refractive index of 1.1 or more and 1.9 or less, and the optical body selectively directionally reflects part of light entering the incident surface, which part is in a specific wavelength band, in direction other than the specular reflection direction.
