Abstract: The present invention relates to a molding made from foam, wherein at least one fiber (F) is partly within the molding, i.e. is surrounded by the foam. The two ends of the respective fibers (F) that are not surrounded by the foam thus each project from one side of the corresponding molding. The foam comprises at least two mutually bonded foam segments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the production of a three-dimensional green body (GB) by a three-dimensional (3D) printing process, in which at least one feedstock, a built chamber and a three-dimensional extrusion printer (3D printer) containing at least one nozzle are employed. In this process, the at least one feedstock is fed into the 3D printer containing the at least one nozzle, wherein the at least one feedstock comprises at least one binder (B) and at least one inorganic powder (IP), and wherein the at least one binder (B) comprises at least one polyoxymethylene (POM). The at least one feedstock is then heated inside the 3D printer and extruded through the at least one nozzle in order to obtain at least one extruded strand. From the at least one extruded strand, the three-dimensional green body (GB) is formed layer by layer on a base plate (BP) located in the build chamber, wherein the base plate (BP) comprises the at least one binder (B) and optionally the at least one inorganic powder (IP). The three-dimensional green body (GB) and the base plate (BP) are removed from the build chamber, wherein the three-dimensional green body (GB) is attached to the base plate (BP). The present invention further relates to a three-dimensional green body (GB) prepared by this process and to a three-dimensional sintered body prepared from the three-dimensional green body (GB).

Abstract: The present invention relates in a first aspect to an iron-based alloy powder containing non-spherical particles and at least 40% of the total amount of particles have a non-spherical shape. The alloy mandatorily comprises the elements Fe (iron), Cr (chrome) and Mo (molybdenum). Furthermore, the alloy may comprise further elements such as C (carbon), Ni (nickel), Nb (niobium) or Si (silicon). The present invention relates, according to a second aspect, to an iron-based alloy powder wherein the alloy comprises the elements Fe, Cr and Mo and the iron-based alloy powder is produced by an ultra-high liquid atomization process comprising at least two stages as defined below.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a molding which comprises a foam and at least one fiber (F). The fiber (F) has a first part (FT1), a second part (FT2) and a third part (FT3). The third part (FT3) of the fiber (F) connects the first part (FT1) and the second part (FT2) of the fiber (F) and is arranged on a second side of the foam. A first region (FB11) of the first part (FT1) of the fiber (F) and a first region (FB12) of the second part (FT2) of the fiber (F) are located inside the molding and are not in contact. A second region (FB21) of the first part (FT1) of the fiber (F) and a second region (FB22) of the second part (FT2) of the fiber (F) project from a first side of the foam. The present invention further relates to a process for producing the moldings according to the invention and to a panel which comprises the molding according to the invention and at least one layer (S1) and also to a process for producing the panel. The present invention further relates to the use of the molding/of the panel, for example as a rotor blade in wind turbines.
