Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a charging and discharging apparatus and a battery charging method, which are capable of ensuring security performance of a battery. The apparatus comprises a bi-directional DC/DC converter and a control unit, wherein the control unit is configured to: receive a first charging current transmitted by a battery management system (BMS) of a battery, control the bi-directional DC/DC converter based on the first charging current to charge the battery through an energy storage battery; receive a first discharging current transmitted by the BMS and control the bi-directional DC/DC converter based on the first discharging current to discharge a battery capacity of the battery to the energy storage battery; and receive a second charging current transmitted by the BMS and control the bi-directional DC/DC converter based on the second charging current to charge the battery through the energy storage battery.

Abstract: The present application provide a power supply control method for a power conversion apparatus, where the power conversion apparatus is configured to conduct a power conversion between a charging apparatus and a power battery, the method includes: conducting a power-on self-test with the charging apparatus of auxiliary power by the power conversion apparatus; determining a power supply priority order of the charging power and the power battery on the basis of a state parameter of the power battery under the condition that the self-test of the power conversion apparatus succeeds; determining the one of the charging power of the charging apparatus and the power battery with a higher power supply priority as a current working power of the power conversion apparatus by the power conversion apparatus. The method of the present application can provide a stable working power for the power conversion apparatus without additional power supply device.

Abstract: A self-heating control circuit includes a control module configured to obtain a cell temperature of each of two battery packs connected in parallel and send a trigger signal in response to the cell temperature being lower than a threshold. The two battery packs include a first battery pack and a second battery pack. A control terminal of the switch module is connected to the control module and is configured to cut off the charging and discharging circuit upon reception of the trigger signal. The control circuit also includes an excitation module configured to form a path with the two battery packs upon cut-off of the charging and discharging circuit, and generate an excitation current, so that the excitation current flows back and forth between the two battery packs.
