摘要: Disclosed is a method for making a disk-shaped filtering unit. In the method, there is provided a laminate by sandwiching a screen-related substrate between two permeable membrane-related substrates. There is provided a machine with a conveying unit, a hot-pressing unit and a punching unit. The conveying unit is used to convey the laminate. The hot-pressing unit is used to hot-press and weld the laminate dot by dot to bond the substrates along a closed curve eventually, thus making a semi-product of the filtering unit out of a portion of the laminate within the closed curve. There is made a final product of the filtering unit by using the punching unit to punch the semi-product with an aperture.

Each of the positioning rings includes an annular body, arched cutouts defined in an internal edge of the annular body, first and second engaging members formed on the annular body, and at least one slot defined in the annular body. Each of the first engaging members is located near an end of a related one of the arched cutouts. Each of the second engaging members is located near another end of a related one of the arched cutouts. The second engaging members can be engaged with the first engaging members of another positioning ring extending through the arched cutouts. Each of the seals includes two sealing portions extending on two opposite faces of the annular body and at least one connecting portion extending between the sealing portions through the slot.

摘要: A gravity-flow water purifier includes a treatment tank, a water yielding pipe, a filter unit, and a sliding sleeve unit. The treatment tank includes a tank wall, an insertion hole, a receiving chamber, and at least two slide rails provided on the inner surface of the tank wall. The sliding sleeve unit includes a reticulated frame in which the filter unit is disposed. In addition, at least two sliding blocks are provided on the outer periphery of the frame. The filter unit is installed in a bottom portion of the treatment tank so that a gravity flow through the filter unit is generated by the water level in the treatment tank. Cooperation between the sliding blocks and the slide rails allows the sliding sleeve unit and the filter unit to be easily installed in and removed from the treatment tank, thereby facilitating the cleaning and replacement of filter elements.

摘要: A portable water purification device includes a base, a fixed sleeve, a tube, a filtering unit, and a movable sleeve. The base includes a channel for providing filtered liquid. The fixed sleeve is fixed on the base and includes a first peripheral wall and a first axial hole. The tube on where the filtering unit is mounted is secured on the base and held in the first axial hole to define a penetrated hole communicating with the channel. The movable sleeve is mounted on an external surface of the fixed sleeve, and slid between a first position away from the base and a second position adjacent to the base. The movable sleeve includes a second peripheral wall and a second axial hole whereby the first axial hole communicates with the second axial hole to define a containing room when the movable sleeve is located on the first position.

The flat filtering bags can be spun together with the filtered-water pipe. The scraping unit includes scrapper assemblies each located between and in contact with two adjacent ones of the flat filtering bags.

摘要: An apparatus for making a disk-shaped filtering unit includes a conveying unit, a hot-pressing unit and a punching unit. The conveying unit conveys a laminate including a screen-related substrate sandwiched between two membrane-related substrates.
