Abstract: A battery cell may comprise: an electrode assembly, a housing and an end cap. The electrode assembly may have a first tab. The housing may have an opening for accommodating the electrode assembly. The end cap may be configured to connect with the housing and cover the opening. The end cap may have an abutting surface and a welding groove, the abutting surface may be configured to abut against the first tab, and the welding groove may be recessed from one side of the end cap away from the electrode assembly towards the abutting surface. The end cap may form a connector between the abutting surface and the bottom surface of the welding groove, and the connector is configured for being welded with the first tab. The end cap is provided with a reinforcing structure, and the reinforcing structure is protruded from the bottom surface.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present application provides a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a manufacturing device and method for a battery cell. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cover assembly and a current collecting member. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing, and the electrode assembly includes a tab. The end cover assembly includes an end cover, an electrode terminal and an insulating member, the end cover is used to cover at an opening of the housing, the electrode terminal is mounted to the end cover, and the insulating member is located on one side of the end cover facing the electrode assembly. The current collecting member is used to connect the electrode terminal and the tab. This structure can make more space for the electrode assembly and can effectively increase the capacity of the battery cell.

Abstract: The embodiments of the application provide a battery cell and a manufacturing method and system therefor, a battery and an electric device. An end cover assembly includes: a battery box including a first wall and a pressure relief mechanism; and a protective member positioned on an outer side of the first wall and including a body portion, a shielding portion and a weak portion. The shielding portion can block emissions released from other battery cells, so as to reduce risk of melt-through of the pressure relief mechanism caused by the emissions. When thermal runaway occurs in the battery cell, the weak portion is broken under the action of a high-temperature and high-pressure substance, such that the high-temperature and high-pressure substance are discharged in time.

The liquid collection tank is configured to collect an electrolyte solution injected through the injection port. The electrolyte solution in the liquid collection tank flows to the electrode assembly through the through-hole.
